This hotel is next to some sort of concrete factory. If you can image a large dump truck with its backup beeping....this is what I heard ALL night. Also, a jackhammer like noise persisted from the same factory throughout the night. In addition, it is just off of a major thoroughfare with large trucks and many loud mufflers going by constantly. The desk staff was NOT helpful when complaint was made.

Great rest, I recommend highly
Our stay was great, the accessibility was wonderful the room was wide and the bathroom was wide for the wheelchair, my husband is a stroke survivor and the bed he slept on perfect for his condition and also the check in was fast and the guy was so friendly, Breakfast was awesome, and the accessibility room was right off the elevator

BEWARE of unexpected charges
The hotel is clean and safe. Staff are nice. Just a couple of things to know in advance... If you choose the Pay at Hotel option, understand the day prior they are going to charge the default card you have on file with Hotels.com a deposit. In my case, they charged about 1/2 my stay for 2 days. Nowhere on this site does it warn you of this. This hold is released upon checkout, but took an additional 4 days to fall off my account. In addition, there is no restaurant or convenience/snack store only vending machines on-site. There are several restaurants in that area (I highly recommend San Lucas for Mexican food), however, despite there being no place to spend anything on-site, they still charge a deposit for damage to the room. While a common practice, no one checks the room upon checkout so this seems unnecessary. I would stay here again but wish this information had been disclosed in advance. I contacted the chat for hotels.com customer service and accomplished nothing which has been my experience whenever there is an issue traveling.

Dear guest, we apologize for not exceeding your expectations with your recent stay at our property. We do understand your frustration as it relates to the charge on your card. When you book the room and do not choose the prepayment option, then the disclaimer says that the first night's cost will be assessed when a guest falls within the cancellation policy. Since you had a 2 night reservation, the first night or roughly half of the cost was retained. We do appreciate you bringing the time it takes to go back to your account to our attention and we are working with several banks to expedite this as our system releases the charge immediately. We are happy that you found our location to nearby restaurants and shopping to meet your expectations and we hope to welcome you back in the near future again soon.

I left a small black box with necklaces inside on the night stand (the housekeeper COULD NOT miss seen it) when the room was clean. I called back to see the housekeeper has turn it in, of course not. Nobody knows nothing!!!

The stay overall was great. The night staff is super friendly. At check-in, i automatically knew there was going to be an issue. I booked with my card but were using my fiances to pay for the whole thing. Before i made it to the hotel, my card was charged for half of the total. Then was told that they were keeping that for the dwposit to be returned after checkout. But they also put a deposit fee plus the whole fee of the room on my fiances cars. Its been two weeks now since we checked out.Two Mondays ago we were told both fees would be returned. Supposedly they had just entered it and were waiting on the bank. We would have it by Friday. Still, the money is not back. Ive heard a few friends who stayed here had the same problem and that the manager was hoping they had forgotten about it. Seems l I ke theyre running a scam. I know we didnt do any damage to the room or smoke/vape/whatever in there. Just want my money back.

The one thing is the outside sitting area at the back of the property. Each day it was littered with trash and beer bottles from guests. Not the property problem but the guests need to clean this area after late night use.
