Close to all site seeing ventures. From the station grab the streetbus (tram) and get off at Chudenmae stop - 2mins walk to hotel - or taxi is 1350yen. Loved this place and wuld highly recommend it.

Very nice hotel overlooking Peace Memorial Park

Posted Nov 17, 2014
Pros: Impressive Reception Hall
Cons: More closet space and longer breakfast times.
Location: Peace Memorial Museum and Park, river walks, restaurants, shops, old City Bank, street cars
Have stayed here many times and will again due to location. Have family living in Hiroshima so very convenient to 'come and go'.

Very close to the Peace Museum!

Posted Oct 26, 2014
Pros: Location, comfort
Location: The Peace Museum can be seen from the hotel...so close! And a great italian restaurant is across from the peace museum and close to the hotel.
Our double twin room was small, but comfortable. The beds were great, and the location could not be beat!!!

Hotel is close to tourist area.

Posted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: The poor customer service left a bitter taste in my mouth.
Cons: They need to improve their customer service and understand tourists needs.
Location: Hirohima Museum, Peace memorial park and Adome.
Hotel staff were unhelpful and non caring and did not understand tourists needs. I lost my iphone probably leaving it in a taxi. I asked for their help in contacting the taxi company, they refused to help. I wanted to inform the phone company of the loss of the phone, they refused to let me use their phone This was soon after we checked out and our luggage was in Foyer. My experience was extremely difficult because there is huge language barrier in Hiroshima and hotel staff is my only contact, Hotel staff also refused to help with the luggage, did not even point out to trolley we could use to let us take our luggage in the lift

Perfect base Hiroshima.

Posted Oct 9, 2014
This hotel is excellently located. It is a five minute walk to the PeacevGarden and Museum and a ten minute walk to the A Dome. it was easy to find from the station and the tram system is really easy to use. Our room was comfortable and overlooked the river. We could see the A Dome as well. Plenty of places to eat nearby within walking distance. We only stayed one night and went to Miyajima on the second day before heading off to Kyoto in the evening. The hotel looked after our luggage which was great. Also had the day passes for the tram. Post office was a two minute walk. Great base and would stay again. Hiroshima is our favourite place so far in Japan. People are so friendly and helpful.

Close to Peace Park

Posted Sep 20, 2014
Pros: Front entrance, first impressions! About 1200 yen by taxi from JR.
Cons: Clean the carpets and update the air conditioning. Attempting to cool the room, brought a strong smell of smoking through the vents.
Location: As mentioned, across from Peace Park. Easy walk to shopping centre, which provides an endless choice for restaurants.
Disappointed we were allocated a back room overlooking nothing, for out 3 day stay. Room was big enough, with all normal conviences. Air conditioning was useless, all noise and no result. Carpets in room very stained, and beds, what seems normal for Japan, quite hard! For the money spent I think we could have done better.

Conveniently located near peace park

The rooms were nicely sized for Japanese hotel standards, and if you're lucky enough to get a room on the right side of the hotel, you can get a view of the Peace Dome and the Peace Museum from your window. I highly suggest getting the breakfast inclusive option, as it was a nice Japanese/Western style buffet.

Great Location

Nice hotel in a great location within walking distance to the Peace musuem and memorial. Just near the electric train tram system. Lovely restuarant just a few doors down with more on the main street. ROoms were average and comfortable - nothing special. The hotel was quiet.

The hotel is a bit far from the train station, but right on several bus and tram line a, and right next to peace park. The breakfast has a lot of great choices.
