Great property. Loved that the shuttle picked us up from the ferry and back. Breakfeast and dinner was delicious and my husband and I loved the view from our room. There were so many deer around the property !

Convenient shuttle for getting from the ferry to the hotel or simply sending luggage ahead to the hotel. Also came with a free dinner at the hotel which was pretty awesome. Hotel staff was very accommodating!

Amazing staff and food! It was a romantic getaway on Miyajima. Very much enjoyed wearing the traditional Yukata.

The resort shines primarily because of the incredible service - the personnel was so attentive and kind. The traditional Japanese meals were a cultural experience for my daughters and I. The shuttle bus was fantastic and was available at a moment’s notice. Wonderful location and experience.

Fantastic service, great food for dinner and breakfast, and a great location! It’s very close to the center of Miyajima but it’s just far enough away to be quiet. This is a great spot and a great way to have an authentic Japanese inn experience.

The staff at the hotel were very attentive and friendly and the food was great. We especially enjoyed having dinner served in the room. The hotel itself is showing a little wear but the room was large and I liked the sitting area overlooking the water.

Older hotel with very nice staff
Excellent service at an older hotel. A bit far from the center of everything, but free shuttles are offered. Food was yummy.Hot spring was run down and small compared to other places I've stayed throughout Japan. All the staff was very nice and friendly.

The shuttle bus arrive 5 minutes after we spoke to the tourist information staff on the Miyajima port. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The traditional dinner and breakfast for us are nice which include oyster. There is a detail instruction about how to use their yukata and onsen, instruction is located in the closet in the room.

Very disappointed
Overrated property from an other era. Needs a major overhauling. Bad smell in the toilet part of the bathroom area. Bug found in the room, but probably normal for a beach side property. Staff made a difference by their politeness and smiles. Half board price highly exaggerated: 450$ per night for 2 people is a scandal for what we got.

Traditional style, superb food
Traditional Japanese hotel, service was impeccable, food was outstanding. Location is a few minutes away from the ferry port so quieter, but the hotel has shuttle buses to pick you up on demand. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed the great hospitality extended by the hotel staff, in particular, the bus service provided to & fro the miyajima port is excellent. We had a great stay.

Amazing service and food
We had an incredible trip to Miyajima Seaside hotel. The bus came to pick us up both days, the second day after they had stopped running so they could get us back to the hotel. The rooms were large and the view from our balcony was excellent. The food was incredible and a real highlight of our trip to Japan. Highly recommended.

Staff were so welcoming, in room dining was a real treat. Onsen was much needed after a day of climbing the hills and steps of Miyajima

Great spot on Miyajima for a very reasonable price
We had a wonderful night at the Miyajima Seaside Hotel. They picked up our bags at the ferry landing when we arrived, so we could explore without our luggage. This was so helpful! The hotel itself isn’t brand new, but that was just fine. The Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were both delicious. We both really enjoyed their Onsen as well. This is the only tattoo-friendly onsen we have come across so far! The bedding wasn’t the most comfortable, but we didn’t necessarily expect it to be as comfortable as a standard bed. The staff were all so nice. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to a traveler who wants to experience Kaiseki and have a nice relaxing place to stay! The price was amazing for all that we received.

We loved this traditional Japanese ryokan. From the fast friendly free shuttle service, bags to our rooms. Beautiful delicious dinners in our rooms and breakfast was great. Staff super friendly and helpful rooms were spacious and a great view. The public baths / onsen was perfect. They had karaoke, ping pong, gift shop, free laundry. It was the best choice for our stay just a quick 10 minute ferry ride from Hiroshima
