Only stayed for a night as we were passing through, but wish we had delayed our plans to stay for longer in this wonderful hotel. A superb warm and welcoming greeting by the reception staff (and Kathleen!), no hassle for parking our car in the underground carpark (considerably cheaper than most hotels) and our room ready when we arrived (since that was earlier than we thought probable, a very welcome and unexpected bonus). The room was comfortable, clean, cool from the aircon, and had tea and coffee to hand. The walk into the old quarter was through a quick and pleasant pedestrianised area and took about 10/15 minutes. Check out was equally as friendly and hassle free. I have stayed in many other corporate branded hotels who could learn a thing or two from these guys. interesting that they are surrounded by big name chain hotels, yet I have never written a review about any other hotel I have ever stayed in (and there are many), in fact the following day we had to stay in corporate, big name chain hotel in Lyon, where the room wasn't even ready at 4pm, the car parking was double the amount and the location was a bus ride to the centre. Keep up the good work guys, the personal touch sets you apart and long may it continue!
