"Building was over 100 years old and unique. We felt it could have done with a small bar area where residents could relax. We felt that it needed a room where residents could shower and change before returning home as we had to vacate our room at 11.00am but we were going to the airport at 7.30pm and had to use the wc to wash and change after being out during the day."

"It was charming. The courtyards were beautiful and the rooftop was great. It was fun learning how to move around on the property as it can get a little confusing, but the staff is very helpful and nice. My room was spacious and clean for the most part when arrived. The one thing that disappointed me was the bathtub plug did not fit into the drain, so I couldn't fill it and use the jets. The majority of what I wanted to do and see was in walking distance from the hotel. Great stay!"

"Front desk staff were wonderful....friendly and helpful, made a real effort to make sure we were welcomed. Perfect location in relation to Alcazar and the Cathedral and walking/sightseeing in the area. Room was clean, spacious and quiet. Would definitely recommend to others! 5 Stars!!"

"I loved the location. Everything was within walking distance. All of our tours picked us up at this location, making it very convenient. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great."
