“Nice hotel, but hard to find!”

Very difficult to find. No signage.

“Good Value”

We had a suite for our family of 4 (two adults, two small children). The room was spacious for all of our needs, even had room to roll in a crib. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh waffles and other hot food - eggs, bacon, french toast, as well as yogurt, cereal, juices and coffee. We also enjoyed the fresh made cookies every afternoon. The pool was heated and the pool area was very clean. We did laundry once, and even though the detergent machine ate my money, they reimbursed me at the front desk and sold me a small box of detergent. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was about a 10 minute drive from downtown Chattanooga, and surrounded by plenty of places to eat and a shopping mall. It was a little difficult to get to the hotel the first time, but once we found the access road, it was in a very convenient place. We would definitely stay here again for a return trip to Chattanooga.

“An Outstanding Experience”

From the moment my family and I walked in the front door of the hotel, we were impressed. The clerk immediately asked my name, shook his head in recognition, and handed me my room keys. When my family and I got to our room, we were quite impressed by its arrangement and cleanliness. Everything was just as it should have been. Just as important, though, was the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire staff including those in housekeeping and maintenance. Every staff member we came in contact with greeted us, and anytime we had a question (or the staff just thought we had a question) they were ready to help. The stay was peaceful and quiet. Even with a high school baseball team staying at the same time we were, we were never had any disturbances. The hotel is in a great area with plenty of food options and stores located in the vicinity. Every time I asked about a certain restaurant or store, a staff member was able to tell me the location of one within 2-3 minutes of the hotel. The hotel is also only 10 minutes from the downtown Chattanooga attractions. Do not rely on Google maps or a GPS, however, for directions to the hotel. Google maps fails to mention that one of the main roads in its directions changes names. This was by far the best hotel experience my family has ever had, and we would definitely stay again. If this hotel is representative of all Country Inn and Suites facilities, we will certainly try to book with them first.

“Very impressed with cleanliness. Easy access to all the attractions. Will use again”

I am always uneasy about staying at a hotel. I have had bad experiences in the past. This was not the case at this hotel. We were delighted from the minute we drove up to this hotel. Very clean & neat landscape. Our approval continued as we checked in with no problems & I was so happy to enter our clean cool room. Each day we returned exhausted but happy & we were greeted by a friendly desk clerk inquiring on our days activities. Our room was also refreshed & many clean towels neatly in place. Great place!

“Most satisfied”

The only problem was finding the driveway to enter the hotel grounds. Once there, I was impressed by the quality of the staff and the comfort offered by their suites. I intend to return.

“Great Place, Great Staff”

The staff made this place great! If all the other hotels in this chain are as good, we'll stay at this chain from now on. We loved the continetal breakfast it was so much more than the usual fare.If you're in Chattanooga this is a great place to stay.

This hotel had the most comfortable beds of any hotel I have ever been in. I had a very good experience here and thought the price was very reasonable for the quality.

The motel is off to itself with a road that is not clearly marked, therefore it is hard to find. mapquest did not help cause it sent us thru downtown and it is easier to get there another way and not nearly as confusing.

We really liked this hotel. From the time that we checked in until we left the staff was great. The room was clean. The rest of the hotel was clean to. The breakfast was filling. The pool was relaxing. We would visit again.
