“Best hotel in Hixson”

very satisfied desk service was very good, had a problem with first room they changed at once, no hassel ... kids loved the cookies and i liked inside pool didnt have to worry about sunburn. comfortable very good breakfast and liked the fact that it was served till 9 30am Would stay there again !

Went on a long weekend and had a wonderful visit. My girls loved the indoor pool and I loved the fact that the facility was smoke and pet free.

“Excellent”

This was one of the best places we stayed. EVERYTHING was EXCELLENT from the decor, location, breakfast, cleanliness, and the friendliness and the help of the WHOLE staff, including houskeeping. The only thing that I would like to see changed is the marking of the entrance into the hotel. Especially at night, it needs alighted sign, or light. Please give them a good rating!

“Best Choice!”

My fiancee and I booked a 3 day vacation with this hotel and got a jacuzzi suite. It was perfect! It met and went beyond my thoughts on how it would look/feel. Everyone who worked that weekend was so nice and helpful. The location was perfect and I would CERTAINLY stay there again on my next visit to Chattanooga/Hixson. I have even recommended it to my family, friends and even my boss.

Actually occupied 3 suites with children and grandchildren.. The kids really enjoyed the morning breakfast..

Most rooms had a DVD player. Ours did not. When we asked if we could have one, we were told it wasn't possible. Didn't quite understand why. Hotel was very clean. Staff friendly. There was ALOT of very early morning noise in the hall outside our room. We did find that irritating. Other than that, it was a nice hotel. We would stay there again.

“Not really what I wanted...”

No one was rude, but no one was overly nice. Our room was the closest room to the indoor pool, also next door to the housekeeping supply room. It seemed that no one had any consideration for sleeping/resting guests and were slamming doors all morning beginning bright and early. I asked for a late checkout, but apparently, I'm not a member of a prestigious "club" that is allowed late checkouts. Finally, the housekeeper barged in our room at 10:15 while we were getting ready to leave. Overall, I'm a little disappointed that I paid what I paid and got what I got. Maybe there's a different HIE that cares that I'm there.

“Not such a good stay”

Beds were hard, Food was marginal, Elevator had a terrible bleach smell each time we got into it. So bad was the smell that we were afraid to touch anything for fear of bleaching our clothes.
