“Mark”

The service at this hotel was great. The location is good and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. They handled our late arrival well and helped us organise some tours and find our way around the city. Our family (2 adults, 2 children) found the suite suited us well. I would recommend this hotel to families travelling to HCMC. The staff treated our two kids really well. Breakfast wasn't stellar but it was quite adequate. The kids liked the ban bao buns and fruit. The hotel is close to the markets, tourist sites like the museums and the palace, plus we found some good restaurants close by. A couple of times the kids were tored and I got some good take-out food for them to eat in our room. We booked through Expedia and when we checked out we thanked the staff for their help and they suggested that if we enjoyed our stay to pop on to the web site and let people know if was good - so here we go!

“Nice decor & setup”

The first impression is that the size of the room is big & the bath room is nice. Breakfast is not too bad. The location is close to Ben Thanh market and other tourist attraction. It is quiet at night so that I can have a good sleep. The matress is exact what I like, not too firm & not too soft. I can book a tour through the reception desk by the way. Staff is very helpfull. Overall, I would definitely stay here again & would recomend other do the same.

“Our Vietnam experience”

Highly recommend this hotel. Great location, very near the Market. Lots of really cheap eating places nearby.Service from staff was excellent. They were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was adequate if you're not too demanding,Room was nice and clean and serviced daily. We were there for 5 days, There was a tour office across the road, tours were really cheap and well run. You do need to be aware that roads are motorcycle Hell, there seem to be thousands of them! And crossing them were daily challenges but you follow the locals. We did and we survived.

“Review”

Hotel was nice. We rented the Captown suite and were happy with it. We had our clothes laundered and they came back smelling like food and smoke - only negative.
