“Good hotel choice in Saigon”

The Caravelle was an excellent choice, one I would make again. We had problems with pre-purchased train tickets and the staff at the Caravelle was able to sort out the problem late at night by actually going to the station and re-purchasing tickets for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the roof top bar was great and the location was convenient to many shops and restaurants.

We were offered an up grade and accepted it when we checked in . Our upgrade was more than we hoped for. We were treated to the Signature Lounge on the 9th floor which was a private section of the hotel with exclusive service. We know we ultimately paid for the service but it felt like it was all free. Unlimited tea, coffee, sodas and real fruit juices thru the day as well as a Happy 2 hours of food and alcohol every day and everything you can imagine for breakfast. Fresh fruit in your room as well as a late 6pm check out. Wined and dined as they say. We felt like the rich and famous. I thoroughly recommend the Caravelle also due to the fact it was within walking distance to the restaurants, markets and touristy thing to see.

Everything was as expected as we have stayed at the Caravelle twice before. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, but it is not cheap, as one would expect.

The Caravelle is a delightful place. Although I have not eaten in any of the hotel restaurants, it has a pleasant atmosphere that I enjoy. This was my second stay at the hotel, and I look forward to returning a third time.

The Caravelle is the great hotel in which to stay while in Saigon. It's centrally located and the area is very walkable. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with a very large array of items. The gym is great and much better than that in most hotels. The only issue is waiting a very long time for cocktails and wine after ordering. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel.

“Great service, great location”

I like the location of this hotel, all shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarket and bakery are nearby within 5 minutes walking. Hotel staffs are extremely friendly. Bathroom is clean and bed is comfortable, my friends stayed at a different room complaining about the aging of this hotel, I thought mine is perfectly fine.

“Tenth time and counting”

I visit HCMC on a regular basis for business and having tried at least 5 other nearby hotels the Caravelle has become my favourite. I have now stayed there on ten separate occasions. The staff welcome me back and some even remember my name which is amazing with 6 months between some trips. For me it is worth paying extra for a Signature room and making use of the lounge between 17:30 and 19:30 when complimentary food and drink is served. Broadband and wireless internet are also free of charge in your room. There are more modern hotels but this one does it for me.

The Caravelle continues to be the best hotel in Saigon. I don't even consider staying elsewhere anymore!

The Caravelle is a fabulous hotel with exemplary service. Your every want and need is catered to. The location is the best in the city. Now, beware, you pay for this excellence.
