“Not impressed”

The hotel and rooms are very clean. The showerhead in our room was not very good. We were there on our honeymoon and very other hotel that stayed in Vietnam went to a special effort, but Duxton didn't do anything. Another incident was when we went down stairs to get an Umbrella as it was raining outside, they said that all of them had been taken by other guests, so we couldn't have one. Every other hotels that we stayed in Vietnam provided Umbrella's in rooms. We got saked to our bones and even had to go home with wet clothes in our luggage then next day. This is very poor for a 4 star hotel in a city that has a wet and dry season. Not to have enough Umberlla's for all guests is very poor.
