TO BE or NOT TO BE...Posted Feb 17, 2013
Carpets very durty! (also heard from others clients). Smell tabacco when entering! And ...and the most disappointment is about Free Breakfast meal less(or we can say: BREAKFAST FREE...) that included in room prices was letting us no choice to go outside to look for a restaurant. Beside of all, staff are pleasante and helpful. And location...is the best in Saigon for shoppers and night life customers (believe me!).

Good Party HotelPosted Dec 11, 2012
The hotel is in a very good location if you want to go to "Bar's and Clubs". The location is busy and noisy, but thats why I stayed there! I like the style of the room's very fresh and hip! The carpet in my room needed cleaning or replacing!, other than that it was ok with no problems. The flat TV was large and new. Hot water was good, and even the smallest room had a window. The front room, check in staff were less than professional. The bell man was very messy looking with his shirt unbuttoned 1/3 of the way down, lounging , smoking up the lobby. The front desk girl needs to smile more and make you feel more welcome. Overall I will come back because it is in a great location and the price was lower than other hotels in the area.

Good Hotel for the ValuePosted Jan 17, 2011
My wife and I spent 2 nights here in January and had no complaints. It is a boutique hotel very near the action of District 1 (the Park Hyatt is a stone's throw away). The hotel was still being renovated so it was slightly rough around the edges; i.e. our room was very nice but the carpeting was in desperate need of being changed. However, they provided flip flops to pad around with. We did have a very modern and clean bathroom, comfortable bed, flat screen TV and a PC in the room (hadn't seen one of those in a hotel room before); wi-fi worked fine. Only complaint: complimentary breakfast was a little slow to get going during our stay; supposed to start at 7am but coffee was not served until nearly 7:30. My advice: hit the Coffee Bean down the street; it's cheap and they open at 7am sharp.
