“Clean, Comfortable, EXCELLENT STAFF!!!!”

First I should say that I have traveled extensively and lived for many years in "third world" countries around Southeast Asia. That being said, if you are looking for 6 star hotel accommodations, you need to pay the money for a 6 star hotel. This hotel was in a great location across from a large park and easily within walking distance from markets, coffee shops, shopping, and nightlife. I really don't think you could beat the location in Ho Chi Minh. This hotel had EXCELLENT staff! All of the staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and spoke fairly good english. Plenty good enough to communicate clearly and converse with. The staff alone is enough to make me want to go back! The facility....this is the only area that I would mark down slightly if I was to mark anything down. But again, you have to remember where you are and what you are paying. My room was clean, comfortable, and safe. Places in the room/building could use a new coat of paint (but that's only if I am looking for something to pick on). To sum up: The hotel was clean, comfortable, GREAT staff, good location, and more than I had hoped for. Having traveled and stayed extensively in places like Ho Chi Minh for years, I have paid the same before and gotten MUCH worse. This hotel was nice and I will definitely stay here again for my next trip to Ho Chi Minh.

Overall, it was a nice stay. The staffs were cheerful. As for budget wise, would have saved a bit more elsewhere.

“Will not visit again”

We booked 2 double city view rooms. However when we arrived we found out that photos of the hotel were completely different than in reality. So we decided to change one of the rooms from city view room to VIP room. They asked us to pay the difference but it was more than what's advertised on official website ! So I had to take my laptop and go to the reception to show them what the prices on their website are. Then they agreed we should pay less ! Our rooms were on 8th floor which gives a nice city view but you also gets you a bonus - a lot of noise from the kitchen on 9th floor. None of the stuff speak English so you should either know Vietnamese or make sure you do not need to communicate with anyone.
