“Simply put, Awesome!”

Hotel just opened a week prior to our arrival, but surprisingly, had none of the usual issues associated with a whole new staff. They were actually fabulous! The breakfast buffet was world class, and included some lunch items for those who are late risers. Another perk; the door staff will hail a Vinasun (the most affordable, cleanest, and always metered) cab for you, and have them pick you up right at the front door of the hotel. All around great experience. In fact, choosing Nikko Saigon Hotel was largely responsible for our enjoyment of Ho Chi Minh City.

“New Nikko Hotel Delivers”

We stayed there 5 days after it opened so everything was new. It is aesthetically pleasing on the surface but on closer inspection, the fine detail work was shoddy. Nevertheless, that was more of an observation with work done throughout Vietnam's hotels. The breakfast buffet is bountiful from western to Asian food, however, it was average.

One of the best hotels i have stayed in. Staff were very helpful and spoke good english. Rooms were excellent. buffet breakfast caters to all nationallities .

We booked for 3 nights and were very happy with everything and extended our stay to 7 nights. Great hotel.

“Excellent new hotel in District 1”

This hotel was fantastic. It is brand new and the staff and facilities are excellent. The breakfast was delicious and they have a fantastic Delonghi espresso machine for your morning coffee. We stayed on the 22nd floor and it had a wonderful view. I would suggest that potential guests pay the little bit extra for Nikko Club access which gives you access to a delicious afternoon tea each day and happy hour between 5-8pm. Sitting in the outdoor rooftop lounge on the 23rd floor and enjoying a glass of wine was fantastic. The gym was excellent although they do need to put a water cooler down there. The pool temperature was perfect and the sauna and steam room facilities were great. Overall I would be happy to stay at Hotel Nikko Saigon again I didn't find it to be icy or cold as one other guest mentioned and felt the airconditioning was just right.

“Excellent hotel to stay in Saigon!”

Excellent services from staff. Love the decor! The location is a little bit further away from other 5-star hotels but not too far away. Nice breakfast buffet is included in the room rate. Again, I love the decor everywhere in the hotel. I will definitely stay here again.
