“My favorite hotel in Saigon.”

Ok. I am back again. This is my favorite hotel to stay in District 1. Everything has always been fantastic. Just what you would expect from a classy hotel at a much better value. The breakfast buffet and room service food are always great. The pool hours have changed so no more late night swims under the starts. Not much more I could say. Please read my other reviews.

“Clean, good food, good location”

My wife and I were very satisfied with this hotel. The rooms were very clean and quiet, the breakfast buffet was very satisfactory, and the overall service was very good. We also liked the fact that it had 24-hour room service and a small bistro cafe that was open until pretty late for a quick drink or bite to eat. The front desk seemed a bit expressionless, but not a big deal. The location itself was very good, located right in the middle of District 1, within walking distance of just about all the main attractions. It was also very close to Ben Thanh Market, which can be a plus if you're into that sort of thing, but it also meant that the immediate neighborhood wasn't the nicest. It was also odd that there was no convenience store around the hotel, but I assume that's because the market was so close. Overall, a very good value with all the amenities you could expect for a mid-priced hotel.

“Fabulous”

Liberty Central Hotel in District 1 was absolutely the best.We stayed five nights incl buffet breakfast (a must) was great. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The Concierge organised a Sim card and top ups for our mobile phones and we went on a CuChi tunnel tour organised by the hotel with an english speaking guide, the whole experience was amazing. We found everything was within walking distance from the Hotel and if not the taxis were very cheap. There was a great French Pastry Cafe across the road and opposite the markets with cakes to die for. Markets were good but the highlight of our trip was the War Remnants Museum, This place was truly amazing and very well presented. All in all we had a fabulous trip, felt very safe (though crossing the road was a challenge) the Vietnamese people were so friendly and happy even if English language is limited we seemed to get through that barrier. If I was to go back to Saigon I would definately stay at Liberty Cantral Hotel.

The hotel was beautiful, exceeded our expectation in terms of cleanliness, the location was fantastic and the concierge was extremely helpful, we went to all the restaurants they recommended and there was always a taxi ready. The staff was also courteous to our families that visited. We ate breakfast daily which was delicious and we also had lunch and dinner at the restaurant, extremly affordable and value for money, resturant staff customer service was first class. We also used the sauna and had a massage, recommended after a long day walking. We didnt feel the need to venture of district 1 was we found everything we needed convientantly close by, and the market is right next door. Would definately return back to Liberty!

“Happy in Ho Chi Minh”

Stayed at the Liberty Central for three nights recently. We chose this hotel after reading some of its reviews and were very happy with our choice. Hotel was in a great position,night and day markets just around the corner and easy walking distance for a lot of sight seeing. We booked a premier deluxe room, slightly bigger than the deluxe and very comfortable. Some construction work was being done behind the hotel but as we were out during the day it wasn't a problem. The hotel was clean,the breakfast room lovely with ample choice of foods and the hotel staff friendly and helpful. We booked a couple of day trips through the hotel, one just an hour before pick up, very reasonably priced and enjoyable. We will be coming here again on our next trip to Ho Chi Minh, my only complaint this time was that we weren't there long enough.

“Far better than the rest...and a better value.”

Great hotel with excellent customer service. Very well appointed and decorated rooms. Great lobby, restaurant, breakfast buffet, pool, and health facilities. Located in the heart of the city of District 1 and just around the corner to Ben Thanh market. I have stayed at many hotels in Saigon over the past few years and the Liberty Central is by far my favorite. The rooms are fantastic, clean, spacious, and very well decorated. The beds are the best I have ever slept in at a hotel. The breakfast buffet is an elegant presentation of a nice variety of diverse foods along with a made to order omelet station. This is my preferred place to stay in Saigon. I like the Liberty Central better than the Rex, Movenpick, The Majestic Saigon, and all the other surrounding hotels. I am returning back in May and will be bringing my father to stay here at theLiberty because of the great hotel customer service,facilities, and rooms

“Great hotel for kids in Saigon.”

Great hotel in a great location. 1/2 a block from the Ben Than Market. The hotel rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. We really like this hotel and highly recommend it, particularly for the price. The staff were extremely attentive and courteous. We traveled with our twin two year olds and our experience was really terrific. We ordered room service and the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet was really great as well.

“HCMC Business Trip”

Great location! Same great staff from Metropole and Liberty 1. The breakfast is certainly the best! I have not seen any hotel provide such high quality breakfast for years. You will never regret when you staying there! Only drawback is they don't have the full service bar next to the pool anymore. But it will be allright!

“Nice hotel”

I recently stayed here and was very impressed. We had no problems checking in early and the staff spoke english and were very helpful in flagging taxis and telling them where we needed to go. In terms of location, it's very close to many of the city's attractions.

“Great Hotel”

We had a premier deluxe room on the third floor. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Great bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Service was impeccable. and can't praise the doormen highly enough. The location is perfect, and we would definitely stay there again.
