Good hotelPosted Sep 8, 2011 on Hotels.com
The hotel was good. Staff was friendly. Service was excellent. However, breakfast is the main weakness of the hotel. Food was of low quality.

It is nor four star hotel according to western standardsPosted Feb 28, 2011
To make a long story short. Internet, TV and AC all had serious problems. Pool was under renevation. Poorly lighted, no safetybox in the room. I left after the first night. Just don't go.

"Never come back"Posted Feb 16, 2011
As I mention earlier this is not a 4-star hotel as claimed on the website (thru expedia). No wi-fi or internect available in the room, and it is a night mare for business travellers. It is expensive and is not worth it. Stay out of this.

Nice clean rooms and a new hotel.Posted Feb 12, 2011
Nice new hotel. Very new and clean. Rooms are nicely appointed with contemporary style and design. Breakfast buffet is not worth the time. Guests are better off looking outside for meals. Hotel is located away from all major attractions but nothing a 10-15 minute taxi ride won't solve. The hotel is located in District (Quan) 3 which is closer to the airport than the center of the city. Good for business travelers.

New Pacific Hotel in SaigonPosted Dec 31, 2010 on Hotels.com
The room is very small. I don't think they wash the sheets and pillow cases after each guest's stay. I could smell the hair gel on the pillow. Breakfast was good. This should be a 3 star not 4 star hotel.
