“Summary of 1st Stay Experience”
Sorry to inform you but the hotel was disappointing aside from all the friendly staff, who were great.
The room was too dark, and since the hotel would not allow the windows to open, no fresh air was allowed even with the understanding of A/C use. The room had no box (s) of tissues, the chair although unique and attractive were not comfortable for sitting for any time long such as for reading. The lights in the room were poor for reading. The bathroom shower curtain was not affixed to walls solidly so even a towel could not be put over it; almost came down once. The bathroom had only 1 bathtowel, and 1 hand towel, yet two (2) facecloths.
There was poor wi fi connections so most strength came from being in ground floor area.
The pool area had only 1 chair, and the Massage Staff were less than helpful when my friend and I went to use the pool, and had only 1 chair, they said call down to the hotel to get another one!!! Not friendly!
Our tour to Cu Chi was so late on the day to pick us up we had to cancel as we did not trust the driver to get us back on time as he told the hotel conceirge 5x he would be at the hotel 'in a few minutes' and didn't, so we had to assume he would not get us back in time for us to leave at 3pm to get to airport, so very disappointing.
The breakfast was fine, but due to language difficulties had trouble ordering the correct egg combo each day, not enough english spoken to be a true international hotel.
