Good stay in D1 area
Was welcomed by the extremely friendly receptionist called V. She also provided good information on where I am able to obtain certain food products that are unique in Hanoi within HCM area. However, hotel may want to check the wiring/electrical in room 202, lights flickering in the toilet sometimes.

I have to paid 300,000 dong extra because my daughter 10years old but taller. I stayed at level 7th without lift. You have to pay mineral water 40,000 from icebox if you taken at counter. What type of hotel you provided. This hotel not recomended for stayed

Old and lack maintenance
Should maintenance painting to look new. However cheap for quick 1 night stay. If have other choice wont be booking this hotel. Paxs feeling good only if room looks new.

Friendly staff but old hotel
This is old hotel and it suffered power shortage two times in our second day stay. The hotel lift also not working properly and broken down on third day. Room is not clean properly, there was cigarette ash left on the floor beside the sofa and hair at the bathroom. Staffs are friendly and they replace a new kettle to our room when we reported the existing one is not working. Suggest to go for other hotel if affordable.

Dirty but very convenient
On arrival was given a cold drink and a quick check in. The bedroom was ok apart from there being a large frosted glass window on one of the walls that overlooked the corridors and staircase outside the room. ( It didn’t feel very private to me) also the corridor light would shine into the bedroom. ( very annoying) The bathroom was disgusting it’s obvious that housekeeping don’t care much! I had a dirty floor mat, the sink taps had a black hair on it and the taps probably hadn’t had a clean in a long time. Mould or dirt could be seen on the tiles and dusty filters. ( there is no excuse to be dirty regardless of being a low cost hotel! The air con was blowing hot air, so i complained and they sorted it out for me straight away, had no further issues. The breakfast was disappointing very limited options especially for vegetarians and it seemed that part of the breakfast foods would be delivered in a white box then staff would put on the table. The breakfast table mats were dirty, Why ? It seems that nobody cares about hygiene and thinks that it’s ok for people to stay in dirt. Management need to sort this problem out big time. Staff were mostly pleasant, but either way I don’t think they care hence the dirty areas. Reception arranged a tour and shuttle service to the airport so thank you for that. Overall The hotel is conveniently located 10 minute walk from the independence place. I think that anyone looking to visit the city should look else where.

Basic Hotel with Minimum Need
The Toilet Flushing system were spoilt during the 5 days stay , the bedsheet and pillow are dirty , should opt for a better hotel if staying for 2 or more days ,only good things is near to Ben Thanh Market and easy acess to District 1 place of interest.

For the price pay, let not ask for much
Long story short. I will make it in point form 1) Staff is friendly and helpful 2) The room is dusty, and kinda of dirty, i found dust and hair on the bed 3) Air con was super dirty with dust, and at one point it was not cooling at all when we on it to 16 degree already 4) Staff actually wash the air con duct/filter in our room, in our bathroom when we complain about the warmness and the aircon is not working. and wanted a room change. 5) Breakfast was ok, and i must say the price pay for the food is value 6) Staff actually are prompt to request For the price i pay, i will give it 3.5 out of 5

Great location. Our room wasn't the best (there was a giant frosted window along one wall that looked directly into the hall light but we just turned that off when we went to bed) but shower/bath were clean, bed was comfortable and staff were very helpful.

Great location only
From cleaning staff walking through eating area during breakfast, reaching in with her bare hands and grabbing a handful of cereal, to not receiving the accommodation we booked and paid for and instead given a fold out bed with no blankets (asked for blankets but was told they didn't have any and given doona covers instead). The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Most staff were ok, but not over accommodating.

We booked the superior room with window, we get a stuffy room with no window, the bedsheets and towels were dirty and smell of perfume. Very good location and nice staff however the hotel is not 3 star standard.

Nice location but... Room was small and different from picture. Showerhead broken and hotel is a bit rundown. One key going in and out of the room. You had to leave the key at reception. Staff was friendly though. If i had known what the hotel was like earlier i would have booked something else.

Convenient hotel at the city centre
We stayed in this hotel 3 years ago. The reasons for us to return to this hotel are its superb location, reasonable breakfast and excellent staff services. You don't need to take a cab to and fro from the airport; you simply take the airport buses no. 109 or 152 to reach hotel. Plan to come back when the city's metro is put into services in 2020.

Disappointed
The pictures from the website show a much newer looking hotel. The conditions have deteriorated significantly. The shower head in our room, 602, was not mounted. It must have been in that condition for a long time as the attached hose had rust. The curtain was too short for the tub so water ended up on the slippery floor after every shower. The air conditioner did not cool the room properly for the first two days.
