Friendly and helpful staffs. HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE BED!

The hotel is clean and comfortable. We had a room facing the back so it was very quiet, and I appreciated the ability to open the window. The location is very convenient and the staff is helpful. I'd just suggest not booking the CuChi tunnel tour though them as I didn't think the tour was that informative and think there are better options.

We were only here for one night, but found everything just great, and the staff were very friendly.

Great location, nice hotel, but front desk did not seem to know english very well. We often tried to ask for dinner recommendations, and it was often difficult to communicate. Overall, it is a great hotel. It was walking distance from many attractions. As a woman traveller, I felt very safe.

Very helpful staff. Concierge (Quoc) went far out of his way to help me with a whole sale purchase. Hotel is well run and good value.

The hotel room was enjoyable, room was spacious and clean. We even had some fruits laid out for us, although it was not refilled the following days. Staff was all courteous and made us feel very welcomed. The location is great, less than 5 minute walk from Ben Thanh markets. Situated in a bright and busy street, we felt safe walking home late at night. However, I would recommend not booking tours/trips through the hotel, as my experience was not pleasant. You could get a much better priced tour and better tour guide if you shopped around.
