Good locationPosted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Staff were great and breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and water was hot.
Cons: Slightly overpriced but location makes up for it I think
Location: Ben Tran Market, BBQ garden, Vincom shopping centre
Location was good. Close to everything but far enough away from the main tourist area.

Pros: Cleanliness, new condition, and close to center of Ho Chi Minh City.
Cons: Price a little stiff
Location: Near Ben Thanh Market and center of activities, "Le Loi", "Nguyen Hue", "Dong Khoi" and smaller side streets full of good restaurants and gift shops.
Good and pleasing stay. Staff very courteous and helpful.

Convenient and comfortablePosted Jan 19, 2014
Pros: Super nice receptionists. I never did ask for many favors though. Did ask to send postcards which they helped deliver.
Cons: Thicker walls
Location: Head east along the same street to find a delicious sandwich place tucked in one of the smaller alleys amongst the turnabout.
Spent five nights here. Great escape from the raucous area (not in an offensive way, just that it's nice to come back to a clean, modern hotel room after a day spent dodging motorbikes and haggling with vendors). Breakfast was solid, serving both western and local cuisine. Coffee was delish. Came back to room midday once to find housekeeping scrubbing my floor on her knees with a hand towel. I left significantly more tip each day after that incident. RoomWifi was a bit dodgy but if I really needed it, the lobby internet was always dependable. Walls could be thicker. I could clearly eavesdrop on people outside talking quietly while laying on my bed. Actually woke up several times in the middle of the night thinking someone had broken in or was trying to break in, when it was just outside commotion(that sounded like inside) or my neighbor opening his door(you would think its yours).

Great place to stay in Saigon.Posted Dec 18, 2013
I liked everything about the hotel, but I do have some caveats. The bed was quite sunken in, and there was no hot water kettle available. Other than that, the rooms were fabulous, and staff were friendly. A somewhat seamless experience.
