Enthusiasm and competence of staff is sign of well run hotel. The concierge services are equal fantastic. They remember what you are going to do and remind you you have to get going.

Great location, nice hotel, but front desk did not seem to know english very well. We often tried to ask for dinner recommendations, and it was often difficult to communicate. Overall, it is a great hotel. It was walking distance from many attractions. As a woman traveller, I felt very safe.
