Been to HCM many times and stayed at different locations. This is located at a good place. But had a terrible experience in this hotel. On the 2nd last day and the cleaning lady took some cash from my personal bag while I was out for lunch. She even had the audacity to swap a broken note (which was unusable) with a good one from my bag. I would avoid this hotel in the future.

The property and the hotel is very good, but the reservation booking with Expedia was for 4 people withVIP and confirmed, by the time check-in at Signature Boutiqye, tgey only shown for three people instrad of 4 people. Finally, the Signature Boutique let us stayed for 4 without EXTRA charge, which are very nice from Signaturr Boutique.

Interesting design
Hotel is located at a convenient , shopping are in an alley way. Room is dirty and poorly ventilated, carpet and bathroom need a good cleaning, moles noted at the ceiling of the bathroom, a shade needs to be drawn every times when using the bathroon due to the design of the bathroom, it is quite inconveninent .staffs are friendly and very helpful.

The staffs are friendly an very helpful, the hotel is located in an alley way of an convenient shopping area. The room is poorly ventilated . The carpet and the bathroom is dirty, it needs a good cleaning, moles noted in the shower. Due to the design of the room, every time using the washroom, a shade needs to be drawn to provide some privacy.

The photos of the room on the hotel website look much better than the actual room. The cleanliness of the room was just okay and could be done better. The breakfast was fine and the lady who served breakfast was very friendly. The internet speed was slow. The staff at the reception were ok.

Everybody there was so incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. We were always greeted before we left and as we returned. The hotel at first glance is a bit deceiving since it is located in an alley, but once you step inside our room was absolutely gorgeous and spacious. The hotel is right in the middle of Chinatown and at night all the vendors and street food stalls are set up all around. Our room was very quiet even with all the hustle and bustle of the city.

Value-for-money away from tourist traps
Signature Boutique Hotel is great value for money. The room is cozy and chic, without feeling claustrophobic. The included breakfasts were superb. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. The location is in the less touristy District 5, but within walking distance to restaurants in touristy District 1. Great location if you want to get feel of Saigon without the tourist traps.

Good hotel, poor location!
The stay was above average. However, depending on the staff member on the day, communication was very difficult. However, I appreciate English isn't their first language. As for the room, it was only smaller than what we thought, but very clean and boutique, as advertised. The free breakfast advertised is seriously overrated. The location, is a little ways out. So, you're subject to inflated and dodgy taxi fares between the hotel and the city.

Best launch point in Saigon.
Located in the middle of all the best districts, Signature Boutique is a gem among gems. The perfect local to quickly and easily get to D1, D2, D7 &D10 (Saigons finest Districts)! Jolie & her staff, Long, Q, Wang & Daniel are amazing. The words safe, clean, convenient, friendly, & high tech don't begin to describe this treasure. I'm not sure how Jolie's place got below 4.5 stars to be honest, angry chinamen is my guess. Look no further, do yourself a favor & book now!

Our stay was excellent. Service from front desk to the cook to the security is commendable. They are very client-centered and very helpful. It is unusually that we look forward to hotel breakfast when we are traveling. Here at Signature Boutique, we found ourselves looking forward to breakfast every morning. They have definitely provided good service to differentiate themselves from other 3 stars hotel in that area.

My stay with Signature Boutique Hotel
Stayed in High Tech Studio room for 3 nights 1)Room real small with limited space 2)The only natural light is from the 2 doors at the corner of the room (not sure what are the doors for since is locked and there is stairs outside) 3)The toilet may be romantic for some but not for me because of the see through and very unpleasant if you are doing your business and someone else is in the room too. 4)The sliding door between the toilet and shower is dangerous as you can easily knock yourself on it 5)Bed is too soft and shake whenever your partner move during bed time 6)Breakfast limited choice 7)Overall slightly below average but can do if you are on a budget

1)Carpet is a bit sticky if you walk bare footed 2)While some may find the see thru toilet romantic I do not think so especially is very easy to bang yourself against the sliding glass door 3)Shower head is too low for height level usage, other option if you want water at height level is the "rain" shower 4)While you can request for multiple serving of breakfast option is limited and they do not have butter spread for the bread 5)Bed too soft and when your partner move you can feel it even if your are asleep 6)Hi Tech is the biggest among the 3 types of room but still too small for comfort

Friendly staffs. Well maintained room.
The ability to communicate with the locals is my top priority in a foreign country. Staying in this hotel will eliminate that fear. Their friendly staffs speak English reasonably well. Despite being a small hotel, its maintenance and cleanliness is comparable to those of 4-star. I'll definitely stay in Signature Boutique Hotel when I return to HCMC in a few months' time.
