We stayed 2 nights in a suite on level 12A room 09. The room is very spacious, clean and plenty of natural light. The only complaint was very early morning around 6am, it was very noisy above us with moving off chair legs scraping the floor. So above this room if you are a late riser and don't want your sleep disturbed

The hotel shut down the breakfast area without informing the hotel guest. Shift led breakfast area to the 15th floor. The staff doesn't communicate with the guest They speak mainly Vietnamese languages and when they see foreign guest, they tends to avoid. Being shy, they lack of communication. Staff overall are not friendly and helpful. I stayed in this hotel, mainly for convenience. Is an old hotel, during Covid19, it was used as a hospital or quarantine quarters. People died here due to Covid19,this information was shared by the local people here.

I had 2 King suites which were huge in size. The rooms were very clean but desperately needed new carpeting. The carpet was very worn. There was also a lot of construction going on in the hotel. You could not stand to be in your room during the day, even on Saturday. If I knew this hotel was under construction, I would have never booked it. Other than the constant construction noise, I would stay here again. Great place for the money.

This is our hotel of choice whenever we are in Ho Chi Minh City primarily because of the amazing breakfast! The hotel is always welcoming, clean, helpful and has a refreshing swimming pool for the muggy heat of Vietnam. It is situated close to the airport. We highly recommend.

Stayed here several times. This time, I experienced on 4th Aug'23, that all guests elevators gone haywired. Lift automatically goes up to 9th floor and back to ground floor. I have to take service lift to 11th floor. Overall the hotel should upgrade, elevators, room lightings to availability of power points, are very limited. My shower closet is not lighted, main door locking system is unresponsive, it take me some trouble, need force to push open the door. Overall, I love it convenience to and from airport terminals. Situated away from heavy traffic in the heart of city. Staff in restaurant cannot speak English, when you ask them to speak English, they avoided and walked away. Reception staff are not friendly and lack of initiative. Staff here likes to avoid you whenever they cannot communicate with you. Some of them are rude.

This was an expensive and highly rated hotel. We had a 2AM morning flight so booked it because it was close to the airport. Room was very warm AC was turned on only as we entered the room and it never cooled down. One bedroom AC on high and set for a lower temperature never cooled down. Put our water bottles in bedroom refrigerator and it was colder when we put it in. Used the shower and had to stop because the shower drain was backing up and flooding the bathroom. Carpet was worn with burn spots and other issues. The lamp next to the bed did not work, The hotel is very fancy but the room we stayed in very poorly maintained.

Hotel is conveniently near to airport, about 5 mins drive. Away from heavy traffic cóming from the city central. There are many eateries arounf the hotel. Hotel serve very delicious traditional beef, eel, pork noodle in the morning beside the international selection. The surrounding was quiet, clean like a resort, with many walkable shady areas that connect to other amenities. Spacious parking. Very safe and secured.

Not a 5 star hotel.Hugely reduced service
Arrived learnt evening to be told all restaurants closed. Room service had been cancelled due to low occupancy. Shower drain was blocked , cryptic air conditioning wall control , Breakfast service hugely reduced , nothing special I was interrogated as a foreigner for 40 minutes before they would permit me to check in , I had to detail my whole itinerary including flight numbers !! This was then passed on to the duty manager who had to get the general manager to permit he to stay. They do not like Westerners at this hotel !!

This is by far better hotel than the Bellagio, the Cosmopolitan and the Elara Hilton Grand Vacation hotels that we had stayed on the Las Vegas Strip. We definitely will stay here again when we visit Vietnam. And we of course will tell our friends about all the goodness about this hotel.

The Hotel is very nice, very clean, and cost is very reasonable for a 5 star hotel! Breakfast buffet has a very wide selection of food you could choose from. We will definitely be coming back to stay here everytime as you don't have to worry about security and its very close to the Airport!

Gorgeous hotel, near the airport.
A first class hotel, very convenient to the airport. I checked in at midnight after a delated flight from Da Lat. I was given a suite, 12th floor, quiet and gorgeous. I had an early flight the next day so skipped the breakfast buffet, but an early cab to the airport was no problem. Next time I need an airport hotel in HCMC I will stay here again.

The king room is really big. It has two rest rooms, sofas and tables. I like this type of the room. I don’t like the lights in the room.
