Close to the city and not noisyPosted May 27, 2014
Cons: We had problems printing our boarding pass but as I had the same problem at home I think it was the airlines fault rather than yours. All good
We enjoyed the facilities at the hotel and the staff were helpful and friendly. We didn't have transport so we liked the walk into the city because we are bush walkers and did a lot of sitting on planes from Adelaide. The Mona and the Botannical Gardens were great despite the weather. Nice clean streets and the fish at the wharf was tasty.

Compact home away from homePosted May 26, 2014
Home comforts make this a pleasant place to stay.On a busy street, there is some traffic noise and street light at night, but the lounge area, kitchen facilities and a bath in the bathroom make it so worthwhile after a lovely day walking around the sites of Hobart city, Salamanca district and historic Battery Point. In an area of interesting shops and restaurants. The tourism and airport buses stop right outside.

Clean, Comfortabel and ConvenientPosted May 22, 2014
Pros: Clean. Comfortable beds. Location fantastic - everything at your fingertips and walking distance to eateries and shops. Good value for money.
Cons: Our room needed one of the wooden shutter blinds to go down a bit more as it didn't quite reach the bottom of window and let light in at night a bit.
Location: Fantastic location - close to every type of eatery you could want! Easy to get to and good range of shops all a short walking distance away.
This was a very clean and comfortable apartment. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and it the heater was effective when it got a bit colder at night. Apartment has everything needed and is very close to a wide range of eating places, bakery, shops etc. Quiet despite being close to main Sandy Bay Road. Great location - near Salamanca and other key city places and attractions. Ample, safe parking. Enjoyed our stay here and very reasonably priced.

Great LocationPosted Apr 13, 2014
Pros: Proximity to food options
Cons: the comfort of the living area. A bigger couch (an L shaped perhaps so at least 3 people can sit on it) Outside light shine directly into main bedroom
Location: CBD about 3 minute drive away. All major roads within close proximity so good central base without having to pay city pricing.
Location was great, heaps of food options within walking distance and major supermarkets. Cooking facilities were adequate to prepare most meals, but a small oven would have been beneficial. The living area of our apartment was too small for 3, although we had a 2 bedroom apartment which slept 4 people. The couch was too small for us all to sit on, we had to drag a dining chair or sit/lie on the floor if we all wanted to watch the tv together. A 2nd tv in the main bedroom would have been nice. Our room was 2nd back from the road, so was a bit noisy at peak times. The room was clean and tidy and all the furniture, kitchen equipment/appliances seemed fairly new and all worked.

Close to idealPosted Apr 6, 2014
Pros: Pleasant ambience: no tensions in the air
Cons: Poor refrigerator--but measurements were already being taken while we were there to replace it.
Location: It's central in a small city
Really a thoroughly pleasant place to stay. Owners have clearly given a lot of attention to guests' convenience and comfort. We'd certainly stay there again.Pleasant ambience
