Excellent location.Posted Nov 25, 2013
Chose Salamanca Inn because of its central location and great reviews and we weren't disappointed. Hotel isn't the prettiest in the world but nice big rooms with everything you need.

Gat, clean, friendly hotel, fantastic locationPosted Nov 18, 2013
The location of the Salamanca Inn is perfect for a weekend getaway to Hobart. Only about 100m from Salamanca market, and the Square with restaurants and cafes. It's a short 10 minute stroll to the city centre for shopping or the waterfront to watch the boats. The room was very well appointed (especially the kitchen!), and the staff super-friendly. It will definitely be our first choice when we go back.

Great location, friendly and helpful staffPosted Nov 3, 2013
Three of us stayed in a two bedroom apartment. It was lovely, roomy, and very comfy, with a nice kitchen. Great location, and very helpful staff. The free parking was a bonus, too.

Excellent locationPosted Sep 30, 2013
Pros: It's location and nicely appointed rooms. The underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom area was great as the days and nights were quite cold dur
Cons: Nothing we can think of.
Location: Very near the harbour with it's many eating and drinking places. The Tall Ships were visiting during our stay so this location was great.
Our room was a suite with cooking facilities. As we were in Hobart to attend a convention at the Derwent Entertainment Centre this gave us the option of preparing and having a meals in our room or eating out either at the hotel or at one of the many nearby places. This made our attendance at the convention stress free. The drive from the hotel to the Entertainment Centre took just over 10 minutes.

Salamanca InnPosted Aug 28, 2013
Cons: The only point to raise it that one of the two beds that made up the 'king'was not as firm at the other and felt a bit saggy.
It is a great hotel and extremely well located. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is next to the Salamanca Markets. It is clean, quiet and comfortable. A great thing about this hotel is that you can open the windows!

Great Hotel close to Saturday Market & RestaurantsPosted Jul 30, 2013
Pros: It had a nice atmosphere and was so close to Restaurants, Museums and Galleries.
Cons: It can be noisy at night, don't think you an fix that!! You would have to make drivers slow down!!!
Location: Wonderful location, great places to eat and lots to do...
We had two nights at Salamanca Inn and we enjoyed our stay. Free parking was a bonus as parking can be difficult on the weekend!
