Staff were great. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The elevator had a significant amount of cigarette smoke odor, likely caused by smokers smoking outside and riding up in the elevator. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and riding the elevator impacted me. Routinely, one elevator car should be parked with the door open to let it air out.

Staff was great and friendly. Stayed during Christmas, they made us feel at home. Hot breakfast and cleaned our room daily (don't see tat very often these days).

Great hotel, great staff!
Very nice hotel, clean. All the employees were super friendly and always had a huge smile on their face. The woman running the breakfast buffet was so accommodating and friendly. Food was delicious, too! You could tell she really took a great pride in her job!

Not enough light in the bathroom. But overall was a nice room. Complimentary breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a motel. Night shift checkin girl was nice but morning shift checkout lady not so much.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very polite, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. I’d stay there again and recommend my friends.

My stay was fine, I arrived at approximately 5:30 pm. I had a good shower,ate a Subway sandwich. I was asleep at 8:30 and up and gone by 2:00 am. I only wish that the desk help was more helpful with rewards info.

Amazing staff and hotel.
In town for baseball tournament, I wanted to go to the hotel first to see if I could drop off my bags due to my diabetic medication it can’t get hot. Well the front desk lady was very accommodating and said we can go ahead and get you into your room at 11 am!!! Very thankful for her
