Highly RecommendPosted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: Pretty much everything
Cons: Nitpicking but there could be more frequent shuttles to and from the town centre
Location: Visit the town, beaches and markets
Upon arrival the staff were very helpful and informative. It helps when you are upgraded for no apparent reason. This approach continued throughout the stay.

Great placePosted Jul 4, 2014
Loved the place and everything about it. Our aircon broke and they moved us to a different room for 1night and had it fixed in the morning. Great effort on their behalf. Visit the store outside the hotel for laundry and cheap drinks.

Beachfront upscale hotelPosted Jun 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
Rooms were great, bathroom was big with tub and shower, mini bar fridge had some room for my drinks, hotel had Toblerone (yay-chocolate), hotel was out of town but offered free shuttle service and when only I wanted to go they paid for a taxi instead of running the whole shuttle bus. Breakfast was the best out of the 10 hotels we stayed at in Vietnam, lots of offerings and fabulous fruit and yogurt, made to order eggs or Pho and lots of Vegan choices. Pool was hot, like bathwater hot so I was happy we were on the ocean which was almost warm. It was really hot at the beginning of June!! Restaurant for dinner was good, happy hour not as good as in town.

good locationPosted Apr 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
Great location. Perhaps we had been spoilt by the excellent service we had received in our hotel in Hanoi, but the service in Boutique seemed a bit perfunctory - even though the hotel was not busy. The free shuttle to Hoi An town is good and the room was fine. Our experience may be slightly jaundiced by fact that weather was not great and my wife got a cough!

Nice hotel, convenient Hoi An getawayPosted Mar 30, 2014
Pros: Very serene
Location: Beach and Hoi An both very conveniently there
Very nice hotel away from the hustle of Hoi An. It was still very easy to get into town on their free shuttle.

RelaxingPosted Mar 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
We loved the peace & quiet of this hotel & private beach after busy Saigon & Hanoi. We felt like we had our own private beach house. they have regular shuttle buses into Hoi An or aus$5 in a taxi. Good breakfast selection & staff were very helpful (even with organising a tour with guide to marble mountain for us with 1 hrs notice)The free bike use was good also & the day spa was wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful and peacefulPosted Mar 4, 2014 on Hotels.com
We stayed here after two nights in Ho Chi Minh city. What a perfect place to relax in. A wonderful pool, which was never hard to find a sun lounger and an incredible beach. The buses from the hotel run frequently and were a great help, but a taxi ride is very cheap also. I would strongly recommend staying here if you would like to relax and take in the sights of hoi an at your leisure.

Great beachfront hotelPosted Feb 20, 2014
Pros: Good position and Service
Cons: Storage in the rooms and atmosphere in the restaurant and bar.
Location: Hoi An nice town with good restaurants and a nice atmosphere.
Excellent colonial style hotel set in well kept gardens on the beach front. The hotel is a little isolated with 15 minutes drive to Hoi An by the hotel courtesy bus. Food and service in the hotel is of agood standard that you would expect from a hotel of this standard. The usual problem with guests not using the hotels bar and restaurants in the evenings which means there is a lack of atmosphere.

Nice oasis in the middle of nowherePosted Dec 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
The place was nice, but a ghost town. Not convienient to travel into town. Included breakfast was dismal and inedible. Staff was friendly and attentive but we had to complain about one of the bellmen who kept ogling my wife. Not in a hurry to return.
