“BEST HOTEL IN DA NANG- VIETNAM”

One of the reasons I selected to stay at this hotel was because of all the positive comments about the GM, Mr. Amir and he live up to all my expectations. I was traveling with a large group. (family and friends) and he made us feel like part of his family. Call us by name during our week stay and made sure that our needs were address and taken care of. There was a situation where our group was involved in a car accident during our stay and we were without our rented transportation. Mr. Amir made all the arrangement to ensure that the hotel van took us where we need to go ( free of charge) until a replacement van came the next day. The hotel location is excellent, right in the center of the town, closed to the airport. Very convenient. The room was beautiful, big & clean. Breakfast was excellent too. Mr. Amir...and all lovely staffs of HAGL Plaza Danang, Thank you for making us feel like part of your family. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel

“Next time?”

With the exception of certain things getting lost in translation, I loved my stay at HAGL. They provided speedy service. My room was all the way up on the 19th floor so I had a spectacular view of the bay. The room was also incredibly spacious (easily could've fit a family in that room) and the people were friendly and courteous for all of my special requests. The only exception was, when I requested certain food items for room service, there was some mis-communication with the kitchen that boiled down to a lack of understanding English. I would still gladly stay here on my next trip to Da Nang.

Very nice rooms, good service and an ideal location for business. Providing that you don't need to be on the beach, this is a great hotel.
