Very nice and pleasant Hotel in Hoi An close to the city. Clean, large rooms with all comfort.Setup of the whole hotel with a nice courtyard and pool and dining area is very appealing. Personnel very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately we could only stay 1 night.

Great Hotel, great servicePosted Aug 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel was a lovely peaceful haven after all the hustle and bustle of the traffic. It is a fair walk from Hoi An old town (possible about 2.5km) but the hotel offers free bicycles to their guests and all you need to do is pay the bike parking in town. It is down an alley which did not feel dangerous at all getting back to it in the night and it also meant that it was off the main road, hence, the peaceful haven. It has a lovely swimming pool which was great for a day of relaxation or after a hot sweaty day of shopping in the old town. The free bikes can also be used to get to the beach, which I didn't make it to but had heard and read it was lovely. There doesn't appear to be many options for eating close to the hotel. There are restaurants but its hard to know which ones are good and the hotel staff are not able to recommend any because they don't eat out. The service we received was fantastic. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was good. I was a little worried when I read on the breakfast menu that we had a choice of 1 drink, 1 main and 1 dessert, thinking this would mean that we would get charged for ordering an extra coffee or a coffee and a juice, but we weren't charged. And there was always a good selection of fruit on the fruit platter. I would definitely recommend this hotel even though it is quite far from the main town it is in between the town and beach (best of both worlds) and it is nice to escape the scooter noise.

Outstanding service & quiet locationPosted Jul 21, 2013
Pros: Excellent rooms & staff
Cons: My least favourite was the fact we couldn't spend longer here.
Location: This hotel is located about 1/2 hr walk from central Hanoi, although you can use the bikes for free.
I stayed here with my husband & 2 teenage daughters. It is only a 10 room hotel so very quiet & also in a quiet location. The 2 lovely ladies on reception are outstanding. On arrival they sit down & discussed the area, where to visit, shop, eat etc. We had interconnecting rooms both with separate spacious living & bathroom areas. Aircon works a treat. Breakfast is order option & was delicious. The pool is also an added bonus after a long day of sightseeing & shopping. They also were so gracious in letting us use the pool, have a shower & order dinner even after we checked out as we had an evening transfer to Danang for overnight train. They also drove us to Danang which is about 30 minutes away for $20 U.S.

Amazing rooms, beautiful pool, delightful staffPosted Apr 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
Gorgeous, very spacious room (superior poolside king), very quiet with a very comfortable super king size bed - almost 2 doubles put together - lovely furnishings and bathroom, flat screen TV (couldn't believe I could watch Essendon beat Collingwood live!), great A/c and wifi (free) and the pool almost at our doorstep was a real bonus in a very hot, humid late April. Had arranged pickup from Danang station and Ba was waiting for us in his new model, beautifully A/c Toyota SUV -the only vehicle we encountered with working seat belts. Such excellent service we booked him to drive us to Hue instead of taking the train. All the staff were warm and helpful but a special mention to the lovely, effervescent Phoung who looked after us so well at breakfast. Can't fault the hotel but it is 2.1km to the nearest corner of the night market which is the start of the Old Town, a bit of a trek on uneven and often blocked footpaths, especially in the heat, and a torch is helpful if returning late at night. That said, we had to work off all the beautiful food and drinks somehow! (or a taxi is only around $2) and the quality of Hoi An Garden Villas more than made up for it

Lovely rooms and poolPosted Apr 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
Really big rooms, walk in showers, heated swimming pool right outside out door. The hotel was a 25 minute swift walk to the old town. However free bike hire was available and you are the right side of the town for the beach. Good selection of local food and western food for breakfast.

Centrally Located Family Friendly HotelPosted Mar 28, 2013
Pros: Small and Personal, it made you feel special.
Cons: No downside that I can think of.
Location: Great location off of the busy main road.
All of the staff Including the owners made you feel welcome and part of the family. The location of the hotel is about halfway between the beach and old Hoi An town, and is down a side road off of the main street making it an oasis away from the traffic.
