Good hotel with excellent staff.Posted May 25, 2015
Pros: What the most impressed me was "staff". Kind, friendly, smile and well educated.
Location: easy to access to the main sightseeing area. It takes about 5 or 7 min on foot.
I spent only 2 nights in this hotel to look around Hoi-An. Good location close to the main area. When I arrived at the hotel, they greeted me politely. Room was clean and there were almost everything we need. I was really happy with the staff in this hotel, I am going to use this hotel again if I come back this city.

Wonderful staff and quick walk to old townPosted May 13, 2015
Cons: Pillows were a bit big and hard for our liking but adequate.
The staff at Nhi Nhi hotel were so friendly, they made us feel very welcome. We ate at the hotel on the first night and couldn't find any fault, it stood up there with some of the other best eats we experienced in Hoi An. Bicycles and scooters were available to hire (we hired a bike) and takes about 20min to get to the beach. A comfortable, quite hotel to rest at after a busy day and night shopping.

Lovely little family-owned boutique hotelPosted Apr 7, 2015
Pros: The Staff
Location: 5 minutes from Old Hoi An City
This place was very charming. They have tours that leave from it to see all the local sights. Don't miss My Son Ruins. The food is good, the staff wonderful, and it is within about 2-3 blocks from Old Town Hoi An. They even have a big family sweet that opens up to an indoor pool. Pretty cool. They are always around to try and help you, provide you some refreshing jasmine tea, or a warm washcloth.

Comfortable stay in friendly hotelPosted Mar 29, 2015 on Hotels
Hotel is located within a short walk to the old town. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and brought us cold water and put fans on when they saw we were hot and sweaty. There is a small pool on the ground floor but we didn't use it as only stayed 1 night. Room and beds were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice with a few options of local and western food.

Charming little hotel with lovely staff!Posted Mar 4, 2015 on Hotels
Above all, the best and friendliest service we had during our month long stay in four countries throughout south east Asia. The hotel has a good location close to the old village. Not the newest hotel, but it's very charming and if you like character and cosiness you'd love this place. Again, the staff was amazing, spoke good English, and always there to help us and trying to make our stay as good as possible. It felt like it was run by a family and everyone was always happy and laughed a lot and everything felt very genuine. We can totallt recommend this place, would love to go back here and hope to do it soon! Matthew and Linda (Canada and Sweden)
