Excellent position

Very well located. Lovely rooms. If something missing at breakfast tell them, they probably won't do it otherwise it just seems to be their way. Friendly though.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff

Posted May 22, 2014
The staff were very nice, competent, and accommodating. The shower fixture in the tub did not work and the electrical outlets were suspect or non-functioning so they need another handyman to fix things. Otherwise it was very comfortable.

Hotel on the "other side" of the river

Posted Apr 30, 2014
Pros: It's location and friendly staff.
We had to move hotel as the hotel we were staying in did not have a vacant room for an extra night. The hotel is in a prime location near the night markets probably 200 metres from the bridge to the Old Quarter. The hotel itself is a weird mix of old and new. Modern finishings but dark wooden furniture. The pool in the middle of the hotel was excellent, however, the pool bar area no longer appears to operate. The room was huge, though it did not feel as clean as other rooms we had experienced. The air conditioning definitely struggled to cool the huge space. The bathroom had a giant spa bath with a shower from the roof. There is no curtain or method to ensure the water does not spray everywhere when you have a shower. Subsequently the wooden/concrete floor was constantly wet and squelched when walked on. The heavy wooden bathroom door was on a slider which would not close unless you lifted it off the runner. The mattress was quite thin and there were no spare pillows (if people need extra support).

Priced Well.

Posted Apr 26, 2014
Pros: Well positioned, food and drinks and laundry were at a fair price.
Cons: We were in room 305 and the A/C units were outside the window, it just took a bit to get use to the noise 24/7.
Location: Location is good but they are charging to cross the bridge now, at around $6 Aus. the Govt is just ripping everyone off.
Good clean and enjoyable experience, worth the money and is close to all you need to do in Hoi An.

Excellent location, large rooms

Posted Mar 21, 2014
Pros: Location right on the river at ancient town.
Cons: Bed and breakfast
Location: Easy walk to ancient town
Room was large, bed was very hard., breakfast buffet was cold but the freshly made omelettes breads and fruit were fine. No credit card facilities or money change available. No spa on site, it's at sister hotel .

Fantastic Hotel

Posted Mar 20, 2014 on Hotels.com
Loved this Hotel and would definately stay there again. The rooms are very well presented and very spacious. Bathroom is gorgeous with a hige spa bath. Staff were wonderful. Everything about this hotel was perfect except for one thing. it was very noisy at night. There was a large group booking of young Japanese tourists who arrived lagte at night and kept everyone up partying and slamming doors until 5:30am. It was insane and my 2 year old was crying as she couldn't sleep. After notifying reception twice as it was ridiculous i found they did nothing. In all honestly they could have warned them they would be kicked out of the room if irt continued as other guests needed to sleep. I felt they didn't really care about the other guests comfort.

Good location

Posted Feb 9, 2014
Like most of our trip so far, there is very limited English spoken, be we got all we needed. The room is not as private as I like, but the jetted bath tub was a treat. My spouse did not like the lack of privacy for the toilet. The bed was a bit hard and the linens and towels were a bit tired. As has already been mentioned, pool area is quite small. Nice sitting area and certainly met our needs. Folks might really like the in room computers!

Family Room in Great location

Posted Dec 20, 2013
Cons: Bath water was brown when it came out of the faucet.
The hotel is in a great location, just minutes walking distance to the historic district of Hoi An. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to my family. The hotel has bicycles that guests can use (for free) to explore the area. Didn't use the pool--it was surprisingly chilly and the pool doesn't get much sunlight to keep it warm. The family room was spacious and my two kids loved having so much room to spread out and relax. Hotel is getting a bit old and worn, but so is every hotel in Vietnam.
