    “Absolutely fabulous!”

    The Resort was in a great location. The staff were particularly helpful and the room we had was clean, comfortable and suited our needs well. I would be very happy to stay there again. The swimming pool was fabulous and the restaurants were great. Breakfast was amazing - so much to choose from. The rates were very reasonable. All in all, a fantastic place to stay in Hoi An.

    “Excellent hotel, children friendly, nice pool.”

    It was kind of far away but you get the private beach. Good size of pool, children friendly, the room was big & clean, but the bed is kind of too soft for me.

    “Quite Simply Fantastic!”

    We stayed here with our twin daughters and friends from Australia to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. The Hotel was just wonderful, the rooms, the pool, the food, the location and the very helpful friendly manager were all fantastic. We had a fantastic time and could not fault anything. Thoroughy recommend this hotel to anyone needing a relaxing break from the hectic fast days in the cities. We visited HCMC and Hanoi and finished our holiday at The Swissbel just chilling and enjoying beautiful evenings in Hoi An. Just Perfect!

    “Excellent service”

    The staff and service at this hotel is excellent and is at the level of 5 star. Quality food and breakfast served here as well. The pool is the best in Hoi An and with ocean views to go with it. For a relaxed comfortable stay you cant beat it!

    “Golden Sands Resort Review”

    We enjoyed our stay over New Years. It is right on the beach and has an amazing swimming pool (including a separate kids' pool). The food at the restaurants is very good, although the prices are quite expensive compared to the restaurants in town. There is a free shuttle bus into Hoi An and it is very convenient. The service was a little lacking for it being a "5-star" hotel.

    “Would gladly come back”

    Our stay here was a nice relaxing respite in a busy trip through Vietnam. It was nice to always come back to the relaxing grounds of the Golden Sands after a fun day going around Hoi An. The cab ride was cheap, and we took the shuttle when it was convenient. Staff were very nice at hotel. Breakfast was quite good...not perfect...but quite good. The hotel is beautiful, but it's definitely showing its age in small ways...really nothing major to complain about, but things like worn out caulk in bathtub and other aspects of the place being a little tired. However, none of this swayed me from liking the place. Plus we got a pretty good price.

    “Bed is really hard”

    The hotel is beautiful with incredible pool on the beach. It is nice to be awayh from town, but mayn shops and reasturants are a 10 minute walk away. If you're used to "heavenly beds," you're in for a hard night. We asked for a mattress pad, but all they could give us was an additional comforter which was helpful.

    “Great Hotel”

    We enjoyed the hotel, very grand atmosphere and the staff were lovely. Room service was OK, the food wasn't great, although the restaurant was good. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was well supplied and clean, good shower! Overall was a good hotel and would recommend it to others.
