Dirty sheets and bed bugs!Posted Jul 9, 2014
Cons: The cleanliness
Location: It's central
We had planned to stay here for 2 nights, however when we went to bed and pulled the sheets back found stains and bed bugs. We were shown 3 other rooms and all were the same. When we said we would move hotel they would not release our passports until we paid them. The staff were very rude. I would not recommend this place at all. There are plenty of other hotels that are clean.

Good hotel with a great breakfast. Very friendly staff. Ideal location - very quiet and only a 10 minute walk into Hoi An. Lovely swimming pool which was great for cooling off.

A perfect stayPosted Apr 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
Lovely setting; our bedroom balcony overlooking fields of morning glory; decked area with recliners and breakfast area very pleasant; manager, Anh, was very helpful and friendly. Hotel a perfect quiet haven yet still in the busy town of Hoi An. We would go back if we return to Vietnam.

1 week in Thien Thanh in Hoi An - fantastic!Posted Apr 1, 2014
The hotel is located in a good location approximately 10 minutes walk to the main town area by the river. The walk alone is great as you get to see everyday Vietnamese life. The hotel is completely clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast on the terrace was a great start to each day. The hotel was the perfect base for exploring an amazing town,

Friendly, welcoming staffPosted Mar 22, 2014
Cons: A ceiling fan would be a good addition to the air conditioner.
This hotel is not a luxury resort hotel with everything gleaming and brand new - don't expect that. However, almost everything I could ask for was in my room - a comfortable bed, air conditioner, wifi, safe, wardrobe, ensuite with shower/bath, tea/cofee jug (and a flat screen tv that I never ask for). My room at the back opened out onto a balcony looking out on a field with frogs croaking at night. Breakfast is an outdoors buffet with fruit, hot crusty bread, pastries, and made to order eggs or pancake. But the main drawcard for me is the gentle ambience of the staff. It's a family owned an run hotel - just how many of the staff are family, I don't know, but after a day or two, I felt like I was a family guest.

Amazing stay!Posted Jan 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
Hotel has a great central location with a 3 minute walk to main attractions . Hotel has a actual boutique feel to it, great design balancing east and west influence. There is a good size pool , patio at the back where you can have a breakfast while overlooking locals harvesting the morning glory on the field. My room was super clean , tons of character and charisma. Main "attraction" of this hotel is lady Anh . She has great sense of houmor , friendly , I almost instantly felt like she is my best friend . Great person. Hotel also has a tailor shop owned by the same family so if you thinking of having custom made suit or a dress ask for their services!

Lovely gem of a hotelPosted Jan 11, 2014
Pros: Staff and decor.
Location: Ten minutes walk from heart of town but Hoi An is quite touristy and we welcomed the respite away from the throngs of tourists..
This hotel is a ten minute walk from the touristy areas but is lovely with a staff that aims to please. Rooms have a lot of character. Great breakfast buffet is served on the outside terrace. We also got a number of items custom made at ToTo Boutique a few doors down, which is owned my the hotel's sister in law.
