“Very nice hotel”

My husband and I were very pleased with this hotel. We arrived into Holbrook after a full day of visiting Monument Valley and Petrified Forest, so it was evening by the time we arrived. The hotel was very easy to find, the staff at the front desk was very helpful, and our room was clean an comfortable. A nice surprize was the light buffet supper that was offered in the breakfast room, at no charge. Among the offerings was a very nice salad bar, two choices of soups and nachos. Breakfast the next morning was also very good, and also included in the room rate! I definitely would recommend this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this stablsihment. I'll admit that my expectations were low due to the location, but the room and facilities were excellent. Mike at the front desk was especially welcoming. Id recommend this to anyone on vacation or just stopping through.

“Very comfortable place to stay!”

The hotel is conveniently located just off I-40. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful in recommending a restaurant a few blocks from the hotel, which was quite tasty, by the way. The most memorable experience was that the general manager of the property came promptly to our room to help when I had trouble connecting to the wireless Internet. That same very nice gentleman even offered to assist us in loading our car the following morning as we were preparing to leave. I would highly recommend this hotel!

“Great Western, Great Stay!”

Fine, clean room with comfortably firm beds, down (or something) comforters--triple sheeted. Very nice. Refrigerator should have freezer compartment.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our refridgerator at midnight when we checked in. Staff was there quickly to give us a new one. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

“Pleasant surprise”

My son and I, and our two Maltese were attending a wedding party. We drove for almost four hours. We were tired, wondered if we would find a decent place to rest before the reunion. Well, it was a nice surprise. The hotel had the perfect conditions to our needs. We got a room in the first floor, parked in front of the door and discharged our precious dogs without any problem. The room was clean, the air conditioner pleasant, the manager was so dedicated to make sure every guest was attended to the best of their abilities. We left to the party and our dogs were safe in such a nice place. We plan to return in the near future. We recommend this hotel as one of the best.
