“Good, Clean Basic service”

This motel is not the flagship of the Ramada line but it provides consistent services expected from this company. The room was clean and upkeep was obvious. Husband loved the showerhead. The breakfast bar was simple but well supplied. This motel was easy to find and was an excellent jumping off point for visiting the many sites of NE Arizona, such as the Painted Desert and other cultural spots. Staff was pleasant and provided what we needed when asked.

“Petrified visitor”

Clean, maintained. Complimentary breakfast just OK. Staff not real knowledgeable of the area other than Painted Desert/Petrified Forest. Asked about other points of interest local to Holbrook we just got a blank stare. Other than that it was decent service. Get what you pay for. Went to Denny's Restaurant last night there as eating at a mexican and asian restaurant close to the motel was a mistake and with Denny's you know what you are going to get.

“A quick stopover in Holbrook”

Next time I will stay at the Days Inn across the street. PROS - The beds were firm and very comfortable. Cons: They advertise a Hot Tub, but it is not "hot", and is more like a kid tub. The room smelled like cleaning chemical and had not been ventilated in some time and it took us about a 1/2 hour to vent the smell out. The A/C rattled throughout the night and breakfast is very very basic. If the Days Inn is booked up I would still stay here, but if not, The Days Inn is cheaper and better.

“Ramada - NOT!!!”

This is the poorest run and dirtiest hotel I have stayed in since I was in college 30 years ago. Rude staff. Dirty, bug infested rooms. Not at all what I would recommend. There is a Holiday Inn Express just down the street. Don't miss it! Stayed there on the return trip. MUCH NICER!!!

“Good Deal”

It was good except for the guy who checked us in. Rude and could hardly understand. He didnt have any paperwork for my reservation when I got there even though I reserved it a month and a half ahead of time. but the room was good once we finally got in!

“Hotel with a View”

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. Although the hotel itself needs some updating, the housekeeping staff does a great job.

Just needed a place to stay for an affordable price on a family trip. Continental breakfast was included and satifactory.

“not recommended”

For a hotel in this price range, I expected much better service. Guests were not allowed to take breakfast items into their rooms, yet the room had a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. Also, I asked the clerk if there was a computer for guest use. There was not, which was very surprising. I then asked her kindly if she would look up a phone number for a business in the next state- it would have taken a few moments to do an internet search. She flatly refused. Not a service oriented staff.
