Ms Garside,I want to apologize for your experience. I do remember your spouse waiting in the lobby because you were accidentally taken to the wrong location. The reservation was booked through a third party and without an additional authorized guest, as such we cannot make changes to the reservation. They must be adjusted with Expedia. Which is why your spouse was not able to check in. When you finally arrived at our location, I truly empathized with your situation and welcomed you both to our property.
