Would never stay here again

White stuff all over the bed. Tub hadn't been cleaned. Hair in the tub, on the floor. Used soap in the tub and hair all over that. Towels were dirty. Was at the desk 4 times and had to wait several minutes each time for someone to show up.

Poorly managed, good proximity

Arrived after a long day to find our pre-paid suite was not cleaned. Staff was only willing to help figure out a solution after I walked out the door towards the hotel next door. Loud party that staff did nothing about. Rooms smell musty. Two towels for a family of five.

First room assigned had non- closing and non- locking window. Second room assigned had no TV working. Then no internet and no one can fix. Offered third room at 11pm. Declined and checked out 4 days early . No ice on second floor. Also called to ask about a garment I left in the room and was told no one had found. Recd a call last night that a guest had brought it down to them from the closet - so no room cleaning there ! Staff was new and had no ideas on customer service.

Okay Hotel

I felt I paid too much for the room. Aesthetically, the hotel rooms were refinished but still an older building. The sink in our room was leaking underneath and there was a musty smell when we first walked in the room. The complimentary breakfast was okay. The staff was very friendly.

Outer room door lock didn't work, got locked out once- Pass keys stopped working(after hopurs)& had to get them reset.

Disappointing

The hotel's wifi worked one of the 4 days. When we asked about it and they reset it then it worked for about 5 minutes. The channels listed on the tv that they said they had were incorrect. They only had about half of the channels. The dead bolt would not lock. I asked and they said someone would look at it but it was never fixed. The blow dryer worked for the first few minutes then shut off. Again this was brought to the attention of the staff but nothing changed. Very disappointing.

Less than a mediocre hotel!

Pros: Nothing special.
Cons: Smelly room, does not meet expectation for the price we pay.
Location: The hotel property is easy to locate.
Wi-fi was not working, breakfast less than mediocre, carpet was not well-cleaned, room smells tobacco even though it is a smoke-free room as advertised, coffee pot was available but the was no coffee available, there was no soap, no shampoo, no hair conditioner, etc in the room! It appears that management was more concern about saving money than providing for the guests. This is NOT the hotel that I will recommend to friends and family.
