“A Class Act”

The Doubletree Hotel was great. I would stay there again for sure. If you get to the pool and workout room early, you may have it all to yourself. The mattress and bedding were outstanding--like sleeping in a featherbed nest! We couldn't get over how comfortable the beds were. Overall, the hotel was very clean and the lobby areas were elegant. Whether you're staying only a night or two or need a great hotel for a formal gathering, this Doubletree location was a class act.

“Would certainly go back.”

The first night we went down to eat, in the Lounge, and had to wait 1 Hr. + for our order. I am Diabetic, and this almost became a problem. The second nite , we were going to eat in the Restaurant, and it was closed, so we ate in the Lounge again. Faster service this time. I believe someone failed to show up for work. The food was outstanding however The bed was very comfortable, I appreciate a choice of Feathers or foam pillows, and the coffee was delicious. Loved all the Tulips growing outside!

I can't say enough about the Hotel staff. The were extremely pleasant, helpful. We had a poolside room. Which was great for my daughter. I was able to supervise them and be close to the room. We also had the breakfast buffet included. The food was good and hot. The only issue are the rooms are too narrow. If someone is sitting at the desk you can't get by. Getting a narrower desk my help. the bathroom are small as well.

Hotel is in very nice condition. It is convenient to dining and shopping.

“Great Experience, our annual spot!”

This is the second year we have flown in from Florida to meet family for a weekend. We truly enjoyed our stay. There was a mix-up with signing in but it was as much my fault as theirs. Our only problem was the whirlpool was not very hot. It took a couple of requests but it did get fixed properly. We truly enjoyed our stay! Hope to do it again next year!

“Worked for us!”

The staff were super-friendly and helpful. The interior design was very comfortable and pleasing, although the layout of the hotel was confusing. We took the elevator to our floor only to discover that we had to go back down and find another elevator to get to another part of our floor. The rooms were clean, and my daugher loved the pool. The expensive breakfast was really horrible, though. Everything was cold (non busy weekday) and yucky. For the money we paid for three, we could have gone out for a decent breakfast for two or three days somewhere else and not gotten rubber eggs and dry cereal.

Staff was great and room was spacious. Interior balcony faced pool area. Many cozy public seating areas.

“Would stay again”

Overall a very nice hotel. Just disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed during our stay. Comfy beds and clean rooms. Nice bar and the cookies were great. Beautiful downtown Holland nearby. Lots to do for entertainment.

Recently updated so everything seemed brand new. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

“Great Value for the price”

Nice lobby, spacious updated room, smaller bathroom, but very clean, Nice pool. Very comfortable beds and pillows.
