It's your basic hotel room. Very basic. No frills. Clean. Staff was super helpful with area attractions.

Friendly staff. Pet friendly was a big plus. Nice room but the TV was very fuzzy. Three channels out of seventeen were clear enough to watch. Bed was to hard for my taste. You get what you pay for.

When we got to our room and turned on the T.V. the reception was horrible. The mattress pad was too small and didn't cover the whole bed. My son slept on the pull out couch and when we pulled it out it was not level.

I am very sorry to hear about those issues. The TV issues are being fixed with in the next 24-48 hours. We had to wait for the equipment to come in and it has. I have also asked maintenance to check all the couch beds and fix them. Im not sure why the mattress pad didnt fit the bed but i will talk with housekeeping about it and make sure they get to the bottom of it. We all hope to see you again soon. Safe travels.

College Visit

Pros: room was clean, staff was friendly
Cons: Mirror in room was a little weird and tv reception poor
We stayed here as we looked at several near by colleges for my son. We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The hotel had a few negative reviews, but was one of the least expensive in the Holland area. We had a great stay, everything was clean and well kept. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice, clean, economical

This is a very economical, clean place to stay for a short time. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room. Also the cable was not working well. Most channels were snowy so that definitely needs to be fixed. Otherwise I will probably stay again when I return to visit family.

Pleasantly Surprised! !!!

We were in Holland for a hockey tournament. First time staying at a Microtel. Check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a little small but clean and comfortable. We will stay there again next time we are in Holland.
