We were in town to visit family.

Pros: The cleanliness and the breakfast buffet.
Cons: We missed out on swimming in the pool because it was under repair during our stay.
Location: It was close to stores and restaurants. It also helped that our family lived close by too.
We loved the accommodations because it allowed us to bring our two small dogs with us. The breakfast that was served was by far the best that I've ever had at any hotel stay before. It was a very clean hotel and I would definitely recommend it to all of my family and friends.

The room was great. I have business in Holland at least once a month. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in the area. I will continue to stay here for all future business trips to Holland.

$250 Charge and Accusation

The room was nice, the breakfast was decent bc it was free...however, someone in the hotel said that a woman was smoking in the hallway and the front desk manager said it was US! It was NOT US! They charged my girlfriends credit card $250 for smoking in the hotel. We tried to tell them that it was not us and that we were going to fight/refuse the charges made on her credit card, but the manager said the charges would not be reversed. There were 2 front desk team members that were VERY kind and helpful, I wish I wrote their names down bc they deserve to be recognized for their hard work and guest services.

Pros: Room size.
Cons: Supplies like toilet paper and light bulb replacement.
Location: Nice location outside of downtown Holland with easy access to highways.
Room was clean and comfortable. Located perfectly for a trip to downtown Holland or Saugatuck.

Pros: Clean clean clean! Very friendly and nice rooms.
The staff where very friendly. They quickly gave us a map of the surrounding area, and circle our destination for us! The room was incredible clean and spacious. Would highly recommend the hotel!

Hotel was very nice and clean. I loved all the amenities. The pool area needed some maintenance. It was a little dirty tiles were falling off the wall. Would stay here again. Breakfast is very good.

We highly recommend this hotel. It was comfortable, modern and very clean. The staff was super cordial and helpful. The breakfast was great.

Great place too much chlorine in the pool

Other than the massive amounts of chlorine in the pool, very good place to stay.
