"You will not find a friendlier place to stay in LA, the USA, and possibly worldwide. The reception team are outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and they have vast reserves of local knowledge. Rooms were a decent size, beds were good. The list of free snacks is enormous. Included self serve breakfast had cereals and pastries, yoghurt and fruit, plus endless filter coffee and a machine for the rest. The location is amazing for the main drag and Universal Studios is a 7 minute drive away....

"This was honestly a great hotel at a great price. It’s not a 5* hotel and so don’t expect that. But the staff were so lovely. The location was amazing. The breakfast basic (cereal, bagels, juice etc) but didn’t expect it anyway for this price - was a nice surprise and perfect for us. The host was lovely.
