“Excellent Experience/”

The room while small compared to 5 star hotels and other destinations, for Hong Kong the room size was excellent, being able to walk around 3 sides of the bed, having room to put small bags and shoes and still be able to walk around the bed was excellent. The bathroom size was huge even compared to most hotels I've stayed in. The location was excellent, a short walk to East Tsim Sha Tsui station entrance, and being able to walk through the Tsim Sha Tsui station subway all the way to Canton Road, Nathan Road or the Science Museum made things a lot easier. Access to lots of different restaurant all very close. I'm not sure what could have been better.

Easy to find and very welcoming staff. High quality fittings in the room, and nice bathroom. Comfortable bed and good pillows - what more could one want.

“Boutique Hotel in fun location”

Located in TST area of Kowloon. Narrow busy streets bustling with activity. This hotel is not for those seeking a luxury experience. Decent sized modern/hip room was generally clean but curtains needed replacing. Room had fridge and microwave. Nice bathroom fixtures and a great shower. Comfortable double bed. Subway is a very short walk. Many restaurants very close by. I would definitely return to this hotel. Easy to get to from airport by taking the Airport Express Train to Kowloon Station and then taking the free K4 shuttle bus to the Park Hotel. Walk one block from the Park Hotel to The Butterfly on Prat.

“Mint new hotel in the heart of Kowloon”

The hotel is very new and clean. Our room was reasonably spacious which is, as far as I understand, does not happen often in Hong Kong. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, a few minutes walk from Nathan Road and a subway station. Despite the noisy and vibrant neighborhood, the room is dead quiet at night. There was a fridge, a microwave, a kettle and an LCD TV set in the room. You can get an iron and an ironing board at the lobby, free of charge. The shower was working like a charm, no need to fiddle with the taps desperately trying to set the correct temperature. What I didn't like: 1) A transparent glass bathroom door is really insane. Why would anyone want to be seen by his roommate while in the toilet?!! Guys, just paint these doors, please! 2) There was no Wi-Fi anywhere in the hotel, not even in the lobby. Only cable internet was available in the room which means no internet for guests with iPhones, MacAirs and various other devices. I was really frustrated, didn't expect this to happen in such a brand new hotel. Even cheap hostels offer free wi-fi these days. There are two public laptops available in the lobby, but they were always occupied by other guests when we wanted to use them. Anyways, it is a very good hotel, would stay there again. Go for it if you want to have a comfortable and inexpensive stay in Hong Kong.

“Convenient location in Tsim Sha Tsui”

This hotel was better than I expected. Very clean, comfortable bed, quite spacious, great shower, and great service. Saturday night there was some street noise (to be expected in this area) but all quiet Sunday night. No room heating but a heater was provided promptly on request. Fast in-room free internet, large in-room safe. The only possible issue could be getting there by taxi. We had the hotel name and address, but only in English, neither of which helped the taxi driver. Finally manged with help from the taxi dispatcher. I suggest bringing a copy of the Chinese name and address.

“Clean, Modern, Friendly but small...”

The hotel location is great, it is clean and well kept and still feels new. My only complaint would be the rooms are very small and the lobby entrance is sort of small and a challenge to shlep suitcases inside. Bathroom is great with a good roomy rainfall shower. Staff are incredibly helpful and very friendly. Will stay there again.

“Good but Could Be Better”

Excellent overall. The toilet stinks but the fresher solved the problem. The fastest internet connection I have seen plus it's free!

“Strategic Location”

Room is quite small (we got the standard/ de luxe room). Space is good enough for 2 adults and one child. If you're more than that, you need to get a bigger room. However, service by staff is great. Check-in and check-out were fast. Front desk was helpful in providing the information we need. Hotel is situated in a very good location, with restaurants/bars and shops nearby. There might be a chance that noise below can be heard in the room, though I have no way to validate because we were placed in the 12th floor. We will go back to this hotel when we return to HK. . .
