The location was great. A short walk and you are at Causeway Bay MTR(subway rail) station and have access to one of the best public transit systems I have seen. Local shopping areas are about 10 min walk. Hotel staff was extremely pleasant and tenative to my needs. Most ammenities were provided in the room, i.e. hair dryer, coffee/tea, toiletries. All in all it was a very great experience with the Cosmopolitan Hotel.

“Short stay in Hong Kong”

The Cosmopolitan was a nice relief for us. It was a group of 3 ladies from the US, and we shared a room with 2 double beds. The room was quite spacious by HK standards. The staff was very attentive, from the concierge to front desk and cleaning staff. The hotel had a shuttle to time square and a whole bunch of other places which was nice. Also, the metro stop was right in front of the hotel which was very convenient. I would say the location is fairly central and the best value of your money. The only draw back was that the wi-fi in the room wasn't free, the 'free wifi' description is misleading as it's only free in the hotel lobby. A side consequence to that is there was always people in the lobby using their laptops etc. Overall, we had a very good stay at Cosmpolitan hotel.

i loved it. clean. good service. convenient shuttle. good location. complimentary water was a key bonus. it seemed like they did everything they could to make our stay pleasant.

We could not find any fault with this hotel at all, the staff were very helpful,the hotel very clean. Location was very good, also the hotel shuttle to and from Times Square was excellent, it was always on time and ran every 20 minutes. If we ever go back to Hong Kong i would definately stay at this hotel again.

“Very pleasent/clean/comfortable and well located hotel”

Will definitely stay at this hotel again, well located withing walking distances to major shopping location. Octopus card definitly recommended. Modern/clean/friendly/helpful staff and well maintained. Even housekeeping cleaned my room up when leaving at 4pm on several occasions. Deluxe Room is spacious for European travellers like me and partner. Anything less would be quite small.(Great value for money when compaired with other hotels in Kowloon) Bring your own shampoo and bathgel, the hotel ones are not that good, and the shops only sell giant bottles!!! Had mixed view about to staying next to a cemetry but I didn't really notice, nor bothered me as the directions to you would be heading is in the opposite direction and you cannot see it. Asked for room not overviewing this area and your stay would be as pleasent as mine.Try not to eat at hotel, limited choice and overpriced. You will be able to find cusine from English, Japanese, korean and so on everywhere.

Beds are SO comfortable you will not want to leave in the morning, staff is extremely helpful, location is ace (there's a shuttle that takes you to times square/the metro station but if you want to walk it's about 8 minutes walking, which sometimes is faster to do because or the traffic), I have NOTHING to complain about this place. All the staff is SO nice too.

“Best Holiday Ever!!!”

The Hotel was very central to everything as the causway bay mtr could be accessed by the free hotel suttle bus, which was very frequent and only took 10 mins!! Rooms were clean and modern. Hotel restaurant was very expensive to eat in though, but eating out was extremley cheap. Hotel staff were very very helpful and polite especially the porters. Good value for money and recomend to anybody.

I go to Hong Kong 3 - 4 times a year and stayed at Cosmopolitan Hotel first time. Good location, close to Causeway Bay shopping area and MTR subway. Hotel offers free shuttle to different places which is a plus. Simple, clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast is very basic and expensive.
