“Fantastic hotel and near everything”

We stayed in 3 different hotels during our trip to the Far East and this was the best hotel we stayed in. It may not be a big name chain but we were impressed by the hotel. There was some renovation noise going on during the day but this didn't matter. If you pay a little extra for access to the E club it is so worth it. You get free access to the internet all day, great breakfast and a little buffet in the evening. Everything is great about the hotel and even the rooftop swimming pool. Stay there you won't regret it. It is great value for money and is near everything you need to be.

“A really perfect place to stay”

this hotel is in a great position for most of the sights of Hongkong. It was very comfortable and all the staff spoke English well and were very helpful. The buffets are fab. No complaints at all

“Great hotel good location”

This hotel is excellent and great value for money it is situated on Nathan Road with lots of shops within easy reach, the staff are curtious and efficient and I would be very happy to stay there again.

“Lovely Hotel!”

I was pleasantly suprised with the Eaton hotel considering it was given 3 and a half stars on expedia, I thought it deserved at least 4! The hotel looked as it just had a refurbisment as it was very clean new and modern. The lobby and restuarants were very well decorated and luxurious. We stayed in the Eaton Room and was expecting it to be tiny but the size was adequate and the room was modern clean and comfortable, with a hi-tech lighting system. Very nice! The food at the restuarant- I went to the aroma coffee shop and the lounge coffee shop- the food was superb and very resonably priced! The gym and swimming pool are well equipped and nicely kept. There is free internet access at the Aroma Coffe shop- even though many times only 1 or two terminals are working!! Very handy that they have an ice machine on every floor & complimentary bottled water! Overall I would definitely go back there again- good location- 5 mins from Jordan station and 5 mins walk from Temple Street Night market!! Starbucks and Macdonalds across the road too!!

“Great place”

Friendly, helpful staff. We were upgraded to a delux room on arrival. Hotel was on the airport bus route and the metro line. It was a 20 min walk from the ferry. Very comfy beds and not too noisy. We would definitely recommend it.

“Good for busy person/couple”

Eaton Hotel is cosy and comfortable place. Room is small but perfectly cleaned and provided with nice amenities. Lighting is all modern now: romantic, new york style. Wide screen TV, small refrigerator and coffee set is just right for a busy peron/couple in HK. Location is also advantage: you can have a continental breakfast at the Hotel, of course, or just walk to local noodle house nearby and enjoy HK$30-40(US$4-5) healthy breakfast.

“Great Experience!”

Nice modern room, very clean. On the smaller side as most hotel rooms in HK are. Staff was very efficient, helpful and friendly. Check out the "coffee shop" off the lobby! Wonderful buffets offered for all 3 meals, ultra high quality food served from morning thru nite, not to be missed!! About 3 blocks from Jordan MTR train station takes you everywhere. Some excellent chinese restaurants around the hotel too, ask the staff. The only complaint I have was the bed was extremely firm, but I managed to sleep well anyway. All in all, a great hotel! I will be back next year for sure!

“excellent stay - great value”

had a great experience at this hotel. the people were friendly and accommodating. the location near to transportation, sight-seeing and such for all travelers were superb. i would definitely recommend this place for anyone. just remember to bring an adaptor for any USA plugs to fit in Hong Kong outlets.

“Stop thinking and book it now!”

It was an impressive stay at the Eaton Hotel. Really impressed. All though the service was slow, because of the slow elevators, I would still say this was the best hotel I've stayed in Hong Kong. I would recommend the better rooms like the Club, Executive or higher because it includes unlimited visits to the e-club. The e-club is very luxurious and nice. It includes daily breakfast and a small dinner. There are also 3 computers with internet for you to use. I would actually say to stop looking at other hotels and book it right now!

“Great hotel...”

This hotel is in the middle of Kowloon, next to the Jordan MTR system. (two blocks from subway) From here, you can travel to any place in HK and Kowloon with ease. Hotel staff is very helpful and courteous. Rooms are cleaned and spotless everyday. Size of the rooms are small, but this is HK where space is a commodity. I gave a 4 for hotel service because the room service kitchen and the Coffee shop kitchen are the same. So, ordering food to your room can take some time, and also removing the tray takes a long while to be removed. (At least 5hrs before I went to sleep) A small problem, but the hotel is excellent...
