“convenient location”

Hotel elevator waiting area too narrow, elevators are very slow. Carpet in room not thoroughly cleaned, housekeeping service not efficient enough.

“Comfortable, clean, with a touch of luxury”

Everything I expected - clean, good service, good quality furniture and amenities and reasonably convenient. Would recommend it to the discerning traveler who does not want to spend too much on accommodation.

“Great location, very comfortable”

For first time visitor to Beijing - great location - 10 mins to Forbidden City. Pretty good English skills at desks. Hotel does offer a pickup from airport (expensive USD75), but they pick you up as you get off the plane. Very comfortable hotel. Only slight criticism is that the hotel bars are pricey and non-atmospheric. There are other alternatives nearby.

“Good Value Hotel”

Staffs are helpful. Bed is comfortable. Internet connectivity is good. However bathroom glass door has no lock. Extra magic glass switch is located outside of the bathroom. Doesn't feel 100% secure when using the bathroom if you are staying with a friend.

“Good and Bad”

This was my first trip overseas from US. Room was nice but very small (I have very small feet and I could walk width of room in 17 steps walking toe to heel). Had comfortable queen bed but room too small for 2 people. Small desk but internet cable too short to reach to be able to sit on bed and use laptop. No clock in room. Bathroom tiny - could sit on toilet with hands on hips and elbows reach both walls (I only weigh 100 lbs). No counter space at all around bathroom sink. Water runs from shower onto bathroom and entry way floor. Even with towels put down, floor still soaked. Mini frig not cold. Great view at night from hotel room (had room on 22nd floor). Did not like having to leave room key in holder by door in order for lights and air to stay on (too easy to leave room key behind and not be able to get back in room). Room service was good (they offered Western food options). No ice machines. Neighborhood was safe but would have liked to stay somewhere that I could shop or tour within walking distance. Taxi stop is 2 blocks away. Friendly staff. Only had 9 channels on TV, 6 of which spoke only Chinese with Chinese subtitles. Other 3 channels were CNN, National Geographic, and Discovery Channel. Be prepared to pay deposit when you arrive for incidentals throughout stay. Will take USD currency. Overall, I am satisfied with hotel stay although if I go to Hong Kong again, I'll stay closer to where I spend most of my evening time to cut down on taxi cost.

“convenient location”

Location of the hotel is convenient to public transport. Airport Express bus stop in front of hotel. The hotel, I believe is less than 2 years ago, and the carpet in the room is already stained, and coming off from the side.

“Only if you have no choice”

1) Room is so small that you cannot find a proper space to organize your luggage; 2) The hotel is facing a gabbage colleting station; 3) Not easy to get a taxi 'cause the entrance is so small that no waiting area available for taxi; 4) Long wait for the elevators since over near 300 rooms with only 3 elevators and 1 is always out of service; 5) The shower is not seperated with the tolit, so you can imagine that it's always wet all over the bathroom.

“I will try other hotel for the same price.”

room too small to stay except for sleeping. There is no shower door between the toilet, water can be all over the place. For the price is OK.
