Had to change room twice due to issues but each time the switch was done swiftly. First change due to a strong smell in the room and the second due to a problem with the toilet. I ended up on the 4th floor where I had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs due to issues with the lift. For the short periods of time that the lift was working I still had to walk up a flight of stairs because the lift only goes to the 3rd floor. I didn't really mind this but many might as it can be quite a climb at the end of a long day. Cleaners are very polite and do a good job. Some of the younger reception staff seemed to snigger as I walked past on occasion which I felt really let the place down as they are the first and last impression guests experience. Customer service could definitely be improved on but this is really just the kind of place you stay at when you want somewhere to put your head down at night. I don't think guests would stay here for the hotel experience. The hotel is in a good location close to MTR and temple street market. Also there is a 7 eleven next door. Air con is ok and is needed as none of the windows open. I stayed in a standard double bedroom which was ok for one person but did feel small. The bed is against a wall meaning you can only get out of one side so I definitely wouldn't want to stay here as part of a couple. To sum up. Ok for a single traveller who does not expect friendly service or extras and just wants a clean room.

Pros: Staff, location and cleaniness
Cons: The deco
Location: Markets , places to eat , station
The staff were very nice and helpful , location was very good close to the markets also , jordan station is a walking distance, breakfast even though it was not included was very reasonable price and good. Overall Good value for money,, the only thing was deco is a bit outdated but it did not bother us.

Nice hotel close to all the convenient spots.

Pros: Next to a lot of good places to eat, nightlife, subway, and others. Staff are friendly and it's a good budget hotel.
Cons: The showers and part of the restroom can be cleaned up more or even changed to new things. It's old and rusty in some areas.
Location: Famous night market Temple St. just minutes away from the hotel. Can shop and look for many interesting things. Many many great food places nearby.
This is my second stay at this hotel. Good budget place that is within 10mins walk of Jordan Station and Temple St. Many food stalls and restaurants are nearby and they are open until late into the AM times. If you're looking for just a bed and a quick stay but on a budget, I would recommend this place. The staff are friendly and also reply to my emails quickly.

Location: Temple Street is around the corner, Airbus is 2mins walk, MTR approx 5mins

Pros:
Location:
