good location close to MTR with fantastic views

Posted Aug 29, 2014
Pros: The service was superb
Stayed for 3 nights, would happily stay there again. Facilities, staff and service provided was superb. Only drawback was the building work currently under way on 3 sides. This was noticeable when using the pool area but to be fair could not be heard inside the building.

Simply the best hotel I have stayed in Hong Kong

Posted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: 5 star service, 5 star rooms and great views from the upper rooms.
Cons: Hire more staff like Gloria from the club lounge.
Location: Sadly, this was a work trip for 7 days, so not much time to visit the local sights. We did manage a quick visit to Temple Street market.
I have visited HK many times, and this is the best hotel I have ever experienced there. I recommend the Club rooms as these give you access to the club lounge that serves free breakfast and evening cocktails. Gloria was the most helpful member of staff in the club lounge, and was always willing to go the extra mile to help with my meetings in the board room, and at all other times. I had a 1 bedroom suite, and this was perfect for private evening dining with work colleagues. House keeping was perfect in every way. I noticed a light bulb had stopped working during my morning shower, when I get back in to the room, it had been replaced with out me even mentioning it.

Hotel at a convenient location

Posted Aug 2, 2014
Pros: It has free Wi-Fi, close to the subway, and clean.
Cons: The elevators tend to be slow.
The hotel is in the middle of actions. I missed my first night due to flight delay but the hotel staff was able to get me the refund.

An enjoyable experience

Posted Jul 29, 2014
Pros: The swimming pool has a massive wow factor. The view of the rooms (harbour side).
Cons: It is perfect. Well, there's a building side on both sides of the hotel but are not affecting
Location: East end side of te island with a high street local shops and restaurants, or 2 min walk to the tube and you can be in the cental side in few min.
The hotel offers all the comfort, the staff makes you feel very important and are always there for you. Chief Concierge Mr. Mickey Tam and his team were amazing in guiding us around Hong Kong with very important informations. The pool on the 3rd floor has an incredible view of Hong Kong harbour. I would recommend this hotel to every one who like glamour.

Hotel near to the underground and restaurants

Posted Jul 28, 2014
Great hotel on many fronts. Large gym, sauna and swimming pool. One irritating factor is that wi-fi is free for only two devices per room.

Excellent hotel just away from the central areas

Posted Jul 16, 2014
Pros: Great views from our room. Very good buffet lunch. Sensational views from the rooftop bar/restaurant. Easy by tram or subway train to centre
Cons: We found the laundry prices high and no self service facilities. There is a lot of construction around the hotel but it didn't affect us.
Location: On harbour front outside the centre. Very little to do nearby as area is a bit downmarket but it is very easy to get to the key shopping/tourist areas
I stayed three nights with my wife and daughter in summer 2014. The hotel feels very new and facilities are excellent and to a high standard. Staff were all very helpful and attentive. Although out of the centre the transport links in were easy and inexpensive. The all-in buffet lunch was excellent value, and very popular with the locals. The swimming pool was very pleasant and cleverly screened from the nearby freeway. There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel, but the noise was not sufficient to trouble us. The surrounding area has little to offer tourists but Starbucks and MacDonalds if you are homesick! The rooftop bar/restaurant has truly sensational views, particularly at night.

Doesn't understand business travelers.

Posted Jul 15, 2014
I was initially excited about this hotel and booked the day before my arrival in Hong Kong. I had been in mainland China for the past week and I needed a day or two to decompress before my flight home to New York. I wanted a nice hotel with a pool on Hong Kong island. This hotel satisfied these requirements. I was able to get a flight home a day earlier and at 7am I notified the front desk that I would like to check out early at 8am. The front desk was unwilling to refund me the second night. I understand that I booked the hotel through expedia, and prepaid in advance, but I have never had a hotel not accommodate a request such as this, especially since I only booked the hotel the day prior. The hotel is under no obligation to refund me, but being a business traveller it's nice to know a hotel will help accommodate plans that sometimes fluctuate. If you are looking to relax and have set dates, then this is a hotel you should consider, but if you are a business traveler, there are many better options on the island.... options that will go above and beyond to make you feel at home while you are working.

Overall are excellent! Highly recommended!

Posted Jul 6, 2014
Cons: Just one minor I personally in the view of the lobby hall and the corridor interior design a little bit old fashioned and doesn't really look like new
Location: It is very near to the MTR station. The Victoria Pack is also walking distance, and there is a jogging route perfectly link from there to the hotel.
The facilities are great! I have a relaxing and nice massage for my holiday! Nice and polite staffs. Overall are just great! It will definitely be my first choice for my next stay in Hong Kong.

We had a wonderful time

Posted Jun 26, 2014
Pros: The staff, the size of the suites and the views. The comfortable bed. The service was very efficient and friendly.
Location: MTR, locals markets, many cafes and diners.
From the moment of check in to check out the staff were courteous, friendly and on hand to help us with any queries. The location was close to the MTR which made getting around Hong Kong easy. We found many little dinners close by and a locals markets about 10 mins walk. Our suite was spacious, clean and very comfortable with amazing views of the harbour. The staff were helpful and knowledge of Hong Kong very good and when asked a question they were not sure they took the time to check for us. Overall this made our experience of Hong Kong memorable and we will return.
