Everything was as I expected. Having stayed at the Golden Mile previously, I had something to compare this stay with.

“A very good hotel selection from expedia”

My wife and I spent a week at this hotel in April 2011. We stayed in a Deluxe King Room. The service by all hotel staff was absolutely first rate for the whole week, nothing was too much trouble at any time. Our room was comfortable with all modern amenities, it was cleaned and maintained every day to a high standard. Unfortunately we had no view as the building next door was being re-furbished and was cloaked in a giant cover-all. It was also very close. We visited Hari's Bar and The Osteria Restaurant (Italian) on many occasions and found both to be very good. We utilised the Bistro for breakfast every day and it was first class. This hotel is located in the heart of Kowloon and close to everything that a visitor to this area could want. All transport is close, MTR is next door, Star ferry a short walk and airport transfers are to the hotel door. Having visited Hong Kong many times, we have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to any traveller looking fer reasonably priced accommodation.

Staying at the Golden Mile was again a great pleasure. It is so handy to everything. The room was excellent and having access to the executive lounge just made all the difference!

This hotel was in the perfect place to do all the major sightseeing for the city. 10 mins walk from the star ferry to central, train station entrance right outside the hotel, their subway network the easiest i've ever used, so straight forward , cheap and clean. All the hotel staff were very polite and would help if it was needed.

I have stayed at this hotel before and enjoy the locality as well as the rooms and staff, great hotel for walking to the markets, also the ferry to HK island and catching the train to Mong Kok

Staff were helpful, I upgraded to the executive floor which was excellent. I was there on business and hotel was very convenient for taxi access - important in TST at peak hour.

“Friendly and helpful”

We were impressed with the convenience of the location, the comfort of the room (particularly the beds) and the friendly, attentive service of the staff. Our seven year-old especially enjoyed the pool and the care given by its attendants. We would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

“Ideal place to stay”

This was the forth time I have stayed at this hotel. It is an ideal location and good value for money. On check in we were offered an upgrade for a few more dollars and this was the first time we had taken the offer. It was well worth the extra cost. As the flight home was almost midnight we purchased a late check out till 6PM for the cost of an extra half day. Once again well worth the extra cost. The restaurant where breakfast was served, (included in the room rate) had been re- furbished and was a first class. The service and food was second to none. My only gripe is the cost of the internet service. This has to be one of the most expensive I have ever seen. However all is not lost, there are plenty of free wifi places within walking distance of the hotel. All in all an excellent place to stay and I will be back in a couple of years

“Hong kong accom for the elderly”

Great location for trains to central and markets, the night light show, and the harbour ferry.. Especially for a 79 yr old. It was an easy walk..Good food nearby, easy to find supermarkets if need, and very helpful staff....great breakfast on level 1

“Perfect location for business in Kowloon”

I did'nt expect the Holiday Inn to offer such an upmarket service. Highly impressed with their ability to deal with travel weary business people. No complaints at all!
