Happy to have found this gem...Posted Sep 15, 2014
Clean, pretty and modern rooms with complimentary mini bar and android for your internet use, local and international calls, free of charge. Room view is lovely and spacious for Hong Kong standards. The hotel is not smacked in the middle of main shopping district but that's fine because these places are just 5-7min walk away. Train stations are 5-7min walk. TST is no more than 3 stations fr Central, Mongkok, Wan Chai

Best Hotel In China by farPosted Aug 28, 2014
Pros: Everything except the tapas place on the ground floor, the croque monsieur was like rubber which was easely resolved by the french bakery 5 min away.
Location: Right by the harbor on Wolong island, 5 minutes to shopping nirvana.nightmare (whichever way you love shopping with millions of people.
After touring China in so called 5 star hotels with the exception of the Shangri-la Hotel in Schenzhen in everywhere the beds were rock-hard and despite the the hotels exterior seemed OK after a long days of sightseeing or traveling to another city, the last thing you want is not able to sleep, and when you finally fall asleep from exhaustion just to wake up in pain.

Nice hotel with a wonderful viewPosted Aug 23, 2014
Pros: The only downside is the absence of a casual bar to have a drink at the end of the day. They sent us on the top floor of the hotel (28th floor), whic
Location: It is about 20 minutes walk from the subway station or ferry, but they have a very efficient shuttle that runs frequently (every 20 minutes).
Hotel amenities and comfort are outstanding. We were very fortunate to have a room on the 20th floor with a view of Hong Kong island. Magical! An experience not to be missed. In addition, soundproofing is outstanding. Have stayed at nice looking hotels before but could hear everything next door or in the corridor. We never heard a noise on the floor for the entire duration of our stay. Minibar is free. Breakfast buffet is out of this world; a lot of organic products. However, this would be my hotel of choice in Hong Kong.

Clean and newly built hotelPosted Aug 16, 2014
We enjoyed our there although Hong Kong is pricey in general. The hotel provides free international calls unlimited to any destination. The beverages and snacks in the Mini bar is also free of charge!

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.Posted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff, modern spacious rooms, a roomy bathroom, quick room service. Free shuttle bus to shopping centre running every 20 mins
Cons: A top sheet on bed instead of just a doona. Extra bath towels in bathroom. IA second case rack when two people in room. Hooks for hanging in bathroom
Location: Ideal location. An upmarket shopping centre and food stores nearby as well as several restaurants. Easy walk to sea and the Science Museum is close by
Nothing was too much trouble for any one of the staff members. Always ready to help with a friendly smile. The seafood buffet was so......good. The 'Green Dining' room was so good for a light meal for lunch or dinner and great for coffee or drinks with friends. There was no need for a late check out as there is a lounge room specially for this purpose and showers are available as well as coffee and tea.

absolutely loved the Icon, it made our stay.Posted Jul 30, 2014
Location: Centrally located, only 2 metro stops to Mong Kok. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff went out of their way to help us. The rooms were comfortable and particularly good in that I couldn't hear the usual slamming doors, lifts and TVs one hears at hotels. They provide a mobile phone - one can make calls to 25 countries for free. Breakfast was amazing, they had everything one could possibly think of eating for breakfast, catering to all nationalities and diets. The rooftop pool is great.

Really nice hotelPosted Jul 21, 2014
The hotel was lovely, close to the Nathan Road and other main attractions. The hotel offers you many things that even a 5 star hotel doesn't, the free mobile phone with unlimited phone calls to international countries, the minibar with even beer! The swimming pool is a little small but what a view! I definitely recommend this hotel.

New, clean and nice hotelPosted Jul 15, 2014
Very good service. Very smooth checking in and friendly explained us about hongkong that was helpful. Some staff at pool bar were unkind , rude...not smileing and just doing their job. I saw some Asian guests were wearing bathrobe outside of their room...? I've never seen that in other nice hotels. Staff at the door recommended us to go to a restaurant which was really really bad. Probably it's not a good idea to ask them where you should eat out.
