Modern, stylish and with a love of detailPosted Jul 30, 2014
Cons: There is no bathroom but the shower and toilet are integrated in the bedroom (behind intransparent glass walls). Not for shy couples ;-)

It's a good sign when your wife is already in the hotel bed before you've shut the door, snuggled into the soft covers and generally taking complete ownership of the room and service options (no, this wasn't an invite situation) while I was still wondering where I was going to sleep. You see, Hotel Indigo is all about the rooms, they're large, spacious, airy, stylish, new and speaking from our perspective, had a wonderful view. Much to the wife's delight as well, you can even select from a range of pillow types; from herbal scented to firm or soft, there's something to suit every pillow connoisseur (is that a thing? Because I know a person who's doing it for free). Upstairs has a nice bar and a cantilevered swimming pool and the staff have good answers for most guest requests (food, massages, shopping, sights, how long, taxis, etc). We'd be happy to return to Indigo.

Top-notch customer service and convenient locationPosted May 2, 2014
Pros: Service, location, well equipped amenities and the swimming pool at the roof top
Cons: Perhaps it's better to provide full HD resolution for all the TV Channels.
Location: Unfortunately the nearby location is a little bit gritty & there's not much thing to do there. However, Causeway bay Station is just one station away.
We stayed at Indigo Hotel for 6 days in late April 2014. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Chris at the reception. Location is also very convenient as it is very close to Wan Chai station. The interior of the suite is very well equipped too. Bang & Olufsen speakers and a bluray player in case you are bored. I went for a swim in the roof top swimming pool and it was such an amazing experience.

Best coffee in town. Nicest folks around. Very pleasant stay. Fitness gear left a little to be desired, TV not working on treadmill.

Very nice hotel in Hong KongPosted Apr 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
Location was good, easy walk to subway and room was clean with nice amenities. Only gripe is infinity pool is small and exaggerated in the photos on www.hotel.com.

My Biggest issue was when we checked in to our hotel. They said we were registered for 2 twin beds and it would be about $45.00 more to upgrade to a king or queen bed. We would never have asked for twin beds so we were not sure if we were being taken or if there was some mistake. The area was close to subway but not a great part of town.
