“Here today....happy to go tomorrow”

We stayed at the Nikko in a "moderate" room overnight. We were placed into a corner room that was spacious and had a good view of the surrounding Hong Kong Christmas lights, that were were able to shut off (curtesy of the automatic curtain shutters) when the time had come. The buffet breakfast was great and the club service was fantastic. The staff were more than happy to help and were always courteous and polite. I will be staying at this hotel on my next stay in Hong Kong.

The Nikko Hotel has one of the best locations to see Victoria harbor in Hong Kong. Little expensive but is worth the price because everything is expensive in HK

August 2010 I traveled to Hong Kong with my spouse and 2 teen agers (13 & 17). We arrived at the hotel at 7am from an overnight flight from California. The staff was very accommodating - kept our luggage while we went out, let us use the pool and let us check-in a bit earlier than normal. The hotel is very clean, has all amenities you need and a friendly and helpful staff. The roof pool is very nice and convenient; An exercise room, sauna and changing room with showers are also attached to the pool. The entrance to the MTR (subway) is 5mns walking but the platform is another 5-8mns walking underground. It is a nice place to stay in busy Kowloon with restaurants minutes away by foot and Nathan road about 10mns by foot. Most Kowloon destinations a few HK$ away by taxy. This is my 6th stay in HKG and I would definitely go back to the Nikko. My kids loved the place. Note: there is a fee for internet usage in the room but no fee for using the pool.

I have stayed in several hotels over the years in HK and this is one of the best. It is only 5 mins walk from Nathan Road and Kowloon centre and 2 mins walk form the new direct trains to China. Ideal for business it was maintained to the highest standard and service was excellent without being over the top. I would recommend this to anybody

“A truly superior hotel”

The room was lovely with everything a traveler could wish, which was fortunate since I became rather ill one day. This is when I really appreciated my room with a harbor view - not full view - but very a nice one. And, for Hong Kong a quiet place to stay. The staff was was helpful and accommodating - I strongly recommend this hotel.

The Nikko Hotel Kowloon was of a very high standard offerring all facilities required and expected. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. While the hotel is not in the "heart" of Kowloon, the courtesy bus that ran regularly to 4 stops in Kowloon more than made up for this. The free bus to the Airport Express station also ensured a no-hassle transfer to the airport.. We would certainly stay at the Hotel Nikko again.

“Hotel Nikko-Great Hotel At A Great Price”

Everything about the Nikko was perfect in all aspects. Neighboring hotels may be its equal, but from what I understand Nikko was half the price.

We were very pleased with this hotel. There were some reviews that talked about it being an Asian hotel and therefore the beds were hard; some said it was a business hotel...all of these things made us a little worried but the beds were great, the room was large (we had 3 adults) and the amenities were excellent. We took a harbor-view room which was well worth the extra money. The location was great - walking distance to the promenade along the harbor, the MTR (subway), the Star Ferry, shopping, etc. We definitely would go back to this hotel!
