“Cannot rave enough about this hotel”

We booked the Rhombus Club package. This is definately worth the money. When we arrived it was very early. We were ushered up to the top floor for priority check-in. Eugene and his team went out of their way to prepare the room for us as quickly as possible. Every afternoon we would go back to the club lounge for free drinks and snacks. No request was too much trouble. Bernard and all the other guys in the lobby were always ready to deliver advice on the best way to get to our destination. The hotel is in an ideal location. Very close to the MTR (underground transport System) and excellent shopping nearby. We could not have wished for a better hotel in a better location with a better team of hotel staff to serve us. Having been employed in training people to deliver customer service for almost 30 years, it is obvious to me that the management of this hotel places a high degree of importance on the way that it expects its staff to treat its guests.

Staff was great, very informed. Location is amazing, but down a side street. 1 block from Nathan St. Stayed in HK a lot, will stay here more.

“Amazing Service and a Great Location”

We stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Rhombus in mid June 2011 and had a great stay. We booked a Club Harbourview room and weren't disappointed - awesome view. The personal concierge service was top notch and our 1 year old daughter was no problem for them - they even entertained her while we got some internet time in. The breakfast was pretty good, location was very convenient to the subway and we saw a lot of the city in two days.

Overall a good experience. The room was a bit small but I guess it was ok with Hong Kong standards. Excellent view of the bay from the higher floors. Very close to MTR. The room was clean and courteous staff.

This is extremely well serviced hotel. From the minute of our late night arrival to the reception desk, leaving to enjoy the night on the city, through to checking out; you en-counted available staff to assist you. Those of you who intend to stay I encourage you to ask the staff no matter what you require or would like to do in Hong Kong, they are friendly, engaging and want to serve you. You will not be disappointed. Well done to the people of Hotel Panorama.

“Lovely views”

This hotel was high quality with lovely views over the bay. It was extremely easy to access this from the airport and trains, but also in a great part of town. We ended up staying here on the way back through HK at the end of our trip because we were so happy with it. The level of quality was that of a more expensive hotel, yet it was much better value for money.

“good value for money in excellent location”

The hotel is in a grat location for exploring TST area of Kowloon, or getting across to HK island. Although it is in a quiet back street, it is only 3 minutes walk to Nathan Road for shops etc. Room was clean and well equipped, if a little small. Great view if you get a harbour facing room.

Hotel is great, the service the price and everything. although the hotel is hidden behinde many other buildings it has a great location, only 2-3min to Nathan road. Banks, restaurants, shops are all near by. Temple street night market and ladies market are all within 30mins walk. i highly recommend this hotel to everyone going to HK, however, take extra money becuase they charge alot for deposit!

“This is the best located and value priced hotel in HK. Fantastic location”

This hotel is great 4+ Star Value. We booked and paid for the 18th plus floor with Harbour Views and ended up on the 35th Floor with spectactular views of HK and HK Harbour. The staff were extremely professional and very courteous. We rode out a Typhoon in luxury and safety in this very modern and trendy Hotel. We were surrounded by Restaurants and major shopping centres. I have been to HK at least 50 x times and have stayed at the best hotels and this hotel is now at the top of my list
