Not at all what is advertised. Horrible boxy, smelly room with very inappropriate language all over the room.... Booked with my 2 children and got given a room with sexual content written all over the walls....dirty bathroom, hard as concrete bed, noisy.... The room smelled of mould, was so noisy not only road noise but also pipes rattling …. Never met the so called "helpful and lovely lady" at the reception but ha to communicate through an old phone located on an empty desk. Also, no secure luggage storage... had to leave our suitcases in corridors until check in... Extremely disappointed as I was not expecting a palace but at least a certain level of truth in the advertisement and comments left on the website. NEVER again!!!!!!

Great for a solo traveller!
Very pleasant, exactly what I needed for a solo traveler. Very central being in the heart of Kowloon, easy access to all modes of transport as well as being safe and secure to walk around at night. The place was a bit difficult to find but that was more likely my fault. It is on the 8th floor, up a small walkway between two buildings which can be tricky to spot with large crowds around. Highly recommended

Great location and value for your money. The staff here was very helpful. I’m the type of person who doesn’t spend a lot of time in my room because I’m out exploring so this was a great option. I also liked how the bus to the airport is located right outside the hostel along with the train. Very convenient.

Great location (close to MTR,ferry, shopping and food), clean, well equipped rooms, and good value. Room was a bit small, but is more than adequate for me. All the fixtures such as toilet, sink, shower, and outlets were all modern. I would stay at Just As Inn based on the combination of location, value, and cleanliness.

Good location and friendly staff
Good location and the staff were really friendly. At first I was skeptical about it, but once I arrived, I was reassured and would recommend to others. The room is small but for the price (and the fact that I only used it for sleeping in the evening as I was out all day) is okay. No noisey customers and the pillow was a good height. Quick and easy check out.

Good looking hotel at the right location
Even though it looked small at first but it was actually comfortable enough. The room was pretty modern and beautiful. The location was great too. I walked outside and the MTR was there close to it, very easy to travel around.

Very close to MRT Tsimshian Sha Tsui. Bus stop to/from airport is in front of the building. Excellent Staff. Room is very small (typical of Hong Kong). Don't like see through restroom and the smallness of the bathroom. When showered, the whole bathroom is wet.

Main plus points is the location and convenience to transport, shopping and food. Pesonally, was put off when I saw the toilet flooring was cemented black instead of the usual tiles. Just gave me a bad impression was it clean. Disappointed to see space under my bed was used by hotel as storage. Items wrap in plastic bags which we really did not want to find out what was in there. Good for hotel to provide an air purifier in the room. But the unit must be over work as it was quite noisy. Not a good thing for light sleeper. Hotel offer a Nespresso machine for coffee drinker. Should include machine instructions as not everyone is familiar how the unit works.

Excellent location-close to all amenities.
Really cute Arty rooms, that stand out from the usual semi-cheap hotel rooms in Kowloon. There is free coffee /water in the lobby and a communal microwave and fridge which are super clean. The rooms are all individual with their own art theme-all done by the co-owner. The hotel's location is right by the MTR and a very short walk to Marks and Spencer's (which is a great luxury) I will by booking again in a month and will be making it my regular place to stay in HK-I highly recommend you check it out.

The staff were helpful and friendly and room was clean and well maintained. Very small, but we expected this as most HK hostels are of this size. The problem we had was with the building that the inn was in. The lobby of the building was old and dirty but worst of all, renovation work was being done so electrical wires above the ceiling were all exposed and tools were everywhere. We felt that this was a fire hazard and felt quite unsafe it whole stay. This was of course not the inn's fault - we'd like to emphasise that they did a great job in providing a comfortable room but factors beyond their control still affected the quality of our stay greatly. If you're not a worrywart though, the room is great although a bit overpriced but I think you're paying for the location. Just a few steps away from Tsim Sha Tsui station - very convenient!

Good comfortable budget hotel
Stay there for a night, very near to the harbour city (about 10 minutes walking distance). Facilities is well equipped for the price. Front desk staff is very friendly. Only bad thing is a couple of stairs and very slow lift.

Great place to stay and friendly staff
Excellent location, very near to MTR, A21 airport bus stop and good for shopping. The room is clean, modern, nice bathroom, comfy bed, good airconditioning. Great service, you can have water, coffee, tea and use a microwave oven. I received a very warm welcome from the male staff,he is caring and always helpful. All staff are very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Great location but room is a bit small
Didn't expect the room to be this small. Other than this, the rest are fine. Location is good, walking distance to avenue of star, street shopping and the Macau Cha Can Teng is a good choice for breakfast. Conveniently located right below Just Inn building. Lift break down in the building of Just As Inn but the staff immediately assisted to move our luggage to Just Inn. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay here.

No lift to 8 floors!!!!!!
The lift dident work,we had to walk 8 floors up with the bagage!!!!! Nobody at the reception,we had to wait one hour to get our room,terrible

Tiny room with poor bed.
I arrived at the hotel and was given their smallest room with the smallest width mattress I have ever been on. I have stayed here before - it isn't the Hilton - and I know what to expect but this was a much smaller room than usual. I was also very surprised to find the one side of the mattress had lost support and the bed was not even going across the width of the bed so it felt like I was falling off. I had a poor nights sleep because of it. The staff are great and everything else was fine but the only reason you stay here is for a place to sleep and a shower and be close to the MTR. Otherwise you would pay more money and get at least a window or pay the same and be a little farther away.. I will likely come back again but I will not if I have to stay in that room.

My room was tiny and there was barely room to turnaround, so this is not the place for a long stay. But the staff were friendly and provided excellent instructions on how to get there then stored my baggage for free for most of a day. The décor was a bit odd but everything was clean and I would definitely stay there again.

Great budget hotel (except for bed)
The room was good, the staff (if available) were helpful and friendly. Although there is no staff always present, you can easily call the number and someone will address your concern. Great room service. They do not offer breakfast but you can have coffee, tea and water. Security is good too. Hotel location is probably 5 meters away from the MTR station entrance, which is very convenient. Located at the more posh shopping district. It's also very near the museums and if you want to see the symphony of lights, it's just a walk away. The only downside is the bed. I was expecting a comfortable bed (especially after a day of tours) but their bed was hard (like lying on a hardwood floor except with mattress). I stayed at backpacker hostels before which are more cheaper but they had good/comfy bed. Sleeping in the bed was uncomfortable but aside from that everything is great!

Expensive student-type accommodation
This hotel is more of a student digs than a hotel. Anyone used to star graded hotels will not be happy here. It is around 1 or 2 star. Brilliant location though and friendly staff.

Thank you for your comment. We have fairly claimed us as a 2-star hostel and have never pretended to be a luxury star Hotel. We hope that we didn't lead you to have a picture that we are serving buffet breakfast, English Hightea or big swimming pool, gym and salon. In fact, we mention none of the above in our description, what we have are only reflect everything we had and offered. We regret for the relatively high room rate, comparing to other country or even in other areas of Hong Kong. Please understand that the place Just Inn located is just 1 min walk away from the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR (subway) station, which is one of the most expensive area in the world in terms of property rent. We appreciate that you are happy with our location and excellent service provided by our friendly and professional staff, but we cannot accept the 1-star review. It is absolutely unfair and unreasonable to us and other small hostel operators who are keen to provide excellent service and great experience to the tourists.

The Perfect Place for Us
Just As Inn was a great place for our HK visit, a mother-daughter getaway. The room was very small, but just enough for what we needed. The location was perfect! We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to visit, close to a park and transportation stops also. The staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely choose this place if I visit again.

This hotel is in the best location in Kowloon right beside the MTR and near all shopping. It is hard to find as you have to know exactly where the entrance is to the hallway that leads to the elevator to access it. It is getting way overpriced for what you get - essentially a cell to sleep in and have a shower in the morning. The bed is hard as a rock but what bed isn't in Hong Kong. It is very secure so you can leave your stuff in the room and not worry about it. The staff are great. Elevators are very slow. There is drinking water in the lobby to fill your bottle.

We decided not to book anywhere too fancy as we didn't plan on spending much time in the room. All we required was a good nights sleep and hot water. The shower was great, but i found the bed really hard that i couldn't roll over on my sides as it hurt my hip bones. Location was great, staff were very helpful. Room was basic but stylish and had ac and free wifi. Great for someone on a budget but wanting some comforts and security.

Highly recommend, great location and perfect size
Excellent place to stay. Single rooms are small, however just enough space. Lots of exciting things to do in HK so a small space is sufficient because you won't spend much time there. Friendly and helpful staff, with a scale to weigh your luggage which is extra handy before going to the airport!

Perfect place for a light traveller!
Perfect location that is within the heart of TST - minutes away to the MTR and Avenue of Stars. Staff was friendly and open to discuss about life in HKG. Room was comfortable and the size was expected of HKG's housing. Word of advice - if you're travelling with a partner, travel light. There isn't much room for big luggages. Cheers!

The hotel is on the 8th floor so do not look for sign on the street. I opened the door and thought this room is so small. But it is perfectly planned. The shower, sink, toilet - looks differernt but works perfectly. The small room was very comfortable! First impression was not good but after spending the night I will always return here. Great location on Nathan street and very close to harbor.

not recommend
room is tiny but still could fit my 3 large luggage and 1 hand carry, very close to MTR as well the airport bus station, however louses on bed, my husband found a big one underneath the pillow on the day we checked out....
